Of course, it’s doable thanks to the amazing Mods as well as custom-made content (CC) developed by a variety of people.
Toddlers are adorable and are a great addition to The Sims 4, but don’t you want them to be more appealing? This is where the amazing modding community is in the picture!
Here’s a list of the most popular Sims 4 toddler mods and the best CC we’ve found across the internet so that you don’t need to waste time trying to find random designs.
I’ve divided these necessary Toddler mods and boxes into three groups:
Gameplay Mods are mods that alter either modify or improve the gameplay.
Functional objects are basically mods, CC, and other packs that include objects that can be utilized to play in-game for the purpose they were designed (i.e. lighting, comfort, interaction, and more. ).
Non-Functional objects/CAS They are basically clothes ornaments and items. They don’t alter your game and aren’t able to be interacted with.
They can either add a bit of authenticity to your game and they’re simply cute to take a look at.
Let’s take a dive!
Toddler Gameplay Mods
1. New Toddler Traits
This mod introduces an innovative and creative feature for toddlers.
It allows the children to earn points whenever they engage in activities like playing with dolls gazing at a book or hearing music.
2. Let Kids Be Kids
If you have a toddler that is playing all day long at home could be annoying and tiring, but with this modification.
You can send your child to school so that they’ll make friends, develop their abilities, and acquire some character traits.
3. Children Make Less Messes
It’s a hassle when your children constantly create a mess, and then continuously clean up the enormous mess they’ve created.
This mod allows you to alter how often they make a mess and also will ensure that your toddlers are perfectly neat and neat.
4. Lifetime skills transfer to the next generation
There is no need to worry about having your Sims struggle through their early years, only to let it all be a waste of time.
With this modification, your Sim will learn skills throughout their life that will last for a long time.
5. Get Toddlers sick

This mod could be a bit complicated initially, but trust me when I say it’s recommended to install it into your game.
Its function is twofold:
- Children are able to be carried by adult Sims
- Children are able to take care of toddlers.
While both are excellent but what I’m looking for is the component that lets the child Sim manage Toddlers.
By “take care of,” it means that they are able to transport the toddler, Put Toddler to bed and change Toddler’s diaper.
Imagine you’re a One-parent Sim, with too many Toddlers, the right amount of children but not enough teenagers. What would you trade for an additional couple of hands, or three?
While you bathe the toddler, your child is changing the diaper of Toddler Number Two to keep them safe from an obnoxious Red hygiene bar.
It’s amazing, that’s what it is.
The creator’s notes hint at possible animation issues, however, the mod – based on the comments – is 100 100% functional, regardless of.
7. Feed Toddlers! By PolarBearSims
Another useful, practical download. Since I’m all for making life easier for your Sim.
This mod from PolarBearSims modifies the base game Cuddle interaction by giving the player the option to breastfeed their toddler as they would as a newborn.
The most famous Sims spin only a few seconds of high-quality cuddling with a parent and boom. Your toddler’s hunger bar is full.
(Note it is only possible between the Toddler Sim and the parent Sim).
Much more efficient than placing them in the highchair or needing to grab a serving.
The cartoons of toddlers getting up onto couches or rolling on the floor for a bite are adorable however the actual process can take far too long often.
Another thing to be aware of This mod doesn’t include an animation that is custom.
When you choose the option to breastfeed your child, even if you select the option The Parent Sim and Toddler will remain in their Cuddle animation.
Do not worry about it, just look at the Toddler’s appetite and Fun.
If it’s taking a long time to fill up it means that the mod was installed properly.
8. Kiddie Pools Offer Movement Skills in Toddlers Evvi
As a mom who is undergoing The 100-Baby Challenge, I am a 100-baby mom and it is a pain for me that we aren’t able to use mods to alleviate our pain.
Since this mod is a fantastic two-in-one wonder that my Matriarch of the moment could certainly utilize.
The purpose of this mod is to basically give Toddlers the opportunity to improve and improve their movement skills while engaging with Kiddie Pools! As the creator puts it succinctly:
“Who would have the time to let their toddlers enjoy an unadulterated and pure non-skilling, fun?”
Who, in fact.
I believe that because there is movement in the Kiddie Pool and not just throwing and slamming, at the very least it’s logical for a Toddler to develop their motor abilities.
Therefore, this is a practical and sensible download you must purchase.
It is important to note that you’ll need a TS4 Seasons Expansion pack to play your Kiddie Pools.
9. A New Sibling’s Meeting Can alter the relationship of Szemoka

10. “Let Friends Aging Up” Littlemssam
This is another feature I didn’t even realize was needed until I discovered it.
While it’s not specific to Toddlers I think it’d prove to be most beneficial for toddlers as
(1) there aren’t many of them in addition,
(2) it’s hard to make friends with them, due to their lack of interaction.
Littlemssam’s mod basically enables players to age 20 Sims in one cake all at once.
If all Sims are in the same group you can age them up with this Magically Modified Cake.
Install the mod, then click on any normal birthday Cake (as you are able to put candles inside it that count) to make the Sims you’d like to.
This mod is a godsend for Simmers (read me) who likes to play with aging off.
Instead of having to leave behind the entire group of Toddlers in the event that your Sim’s kid grows until they reach the age of Childhood.
They can all age up simultaneously. This allows you to not have to look for new companions for your child Sim.
11. There aren’t any puddles under Bathtubs from splashing toddlers by Littlemssam
The most irritating issue that you will encounter in TS4 (for me personally, anyway) is one of the most annoying glitches is the “unreachable clutter” glitch.
What happens when your child makes an accident and 98% of the paint splatters get under the bed, totally not clickable and, consequently, not cleanable?
For toddlers, it’s those annoying bath-time puddles that end in the tub.
You know that they’re there since Your Sweet Crazy Sim is always uncomfortable every time they go to the bathroom.
In reality, the only way to get rid of the puddles is to go into the Build mode and relocate the tub return in Live Mode and make your Sim clean up the puddles and then return in Building Mode to restore the tub back to its original spot.
Fun times.
This is the reason I like littlemssam’s style, thank you.
It is the basis for the chance of puddles developing while Toddlers are splashing around at 0%. No more pesky, hard to reach, or unmappable puddles that cause my Sim uncomfortable, no matter what.
12. Toddlers Aren’t As Nightmares as They Used to by Candyd
A sad Toddler enters my Sim’s room at 3 AM, and cries my Sim awake because they’ve had an awful dream… which can be quite upsetting.
10% of it is because TS4 toddlers truly do look heartbreakingly sad when they’re sad. 90% due to the fact that my Sim is working for 6 hours, and the Energy bar is menacingly red, damn it.
Anyway.
This method is the perfect solution to both of the issues.
As the name implies it dramatically decreases the likelihood of your child being wakened with nightmares.
Sometimes, the nightlights just won’t make a difference.
The basic formula is, according to the research 50 percent possibility of having nightmares in Toddlers with TS4.
It is then divided into 5 for toddlers who have the trait of Independent. When your child achieves Thinking Skill level 3, they’ll have 10 times fewer nightmares than they did before.
The mod proposes 3 different formulas that are more beneficial:
- A 20% risk of experiencing nightmares (divisions and reductions apply)
- 10% chance of experiencing nightmares (again it is still affected by Toddler’s thinking Skill degree and character)
- Zero chance of having nightmares (if you can’t even not)
Pick the flavor that fits your style of play better, and download the flavor you prefer. I would not recommend installing all three files because they’re all pretty redundant and may conflict with one another.
13. Educational System Bundle (Preschool Mod) by Stacie
Perhaps one of the most remarkable mods in this list the Stacie’s Educational System Bundle mod is not one to be taken lightly.
There are other modifications included in this package however, what we’re looking for to use for the Toddlers will be that of the preschool mod.
Your little ones are now able to join their elder siblings to have fun, sun, and learning (and some socializing, I’m sure).
Toddlers are sent to a Rabbit Hole venue where they are able to develop characters and skills based on the type of interaction you decide to choose for them.
This is an excellent option to consider if you wish for your child to learn and learn new skills, but do not have the time to learn them on your own.
A few of these interactions are:
- Ask for help Increases the Bladder, Attention and hunger. This stops the growth of skill and character Values are increased
- Play with Toys It increases fun as well as Imagination, Manners and movement. Limits the growth of skills and character Values increase
- Listen to the Teacher Enhances skill development and character value gain Rapidly. It also reduces fun FAST.

14. The Ultrasound Scan of littlemssam
Sims who appreciate a family-oriented approach to play (as opposed to the “forever young Adults living their lives to the fullest” style) are likely to enjoy this style.
I personally prefer the latter style over the former, however, I thought this design was cute and fun.
Littlemssam’s mod lets you unlock a Gynecologist who you’re expecting Sims will visit between their 2 3rd or third 3rd trimester to undergo an Ultrasound Exam.
As with a real ultrasound, this appointment will inform you of the number of babies you can be expecting and their gender.
It’s a Rabbit Hole visit So your Sim that is expected will be gone for 60 to 90 minutes during gameplay.
If they return You’ll find the Ultrasound Scans in their inventory. You can hover over it to see the information about the soon-to-be-born Sim!
It’s even more adorable. Like all happy, expecting parents (or parent)-to-be you and your Sim could have their scans put in frames (mod included nine swatches) and put in the living room.
You can also print the scan and mail it to family members or friends as gifts.
A look at the frame can even make your Sim the Happy Buff. It’s a great benefit!
15. More Autonomous Social Interactions with Toddlers by Brandi_Mane93
Have you ever left your toddler to talk or chat with Blarffy in order to improve their communication skills?
People who play with autonomy off are likely to not realize that, but chatty autonomous toddlers are more likely to get … boring.
Mod creator Brandi_Mane93 clearly was aware of this. This is the reason for the creation of the Mod.
And I’ll be clear that it can have a noticeable impact.
This mode lets toddlers independently use 11 Social Interactions (that used to be only available only when they were specifically chosen).
With this mode, they can now discuss princesses, trucks, toys, and parties or their preferred color, without prompting them to.
This means you can say goodbye to the monotonous and boring chatter goodbye.
Toddler Functional Modifications to Objects
1. Drink-o-Baby from Around the Sims 4
A mod that lets Toddlers have many more features, increases more realism for the player, and enhances gameplay?
Yes, please.
The Drink-o-Baby is a brilliant device from Sims technology that works as a smoothie maker and bottle warmer specially designed for Toddlers.
It can literally serve drinks to your toddler in just a few seconds. similar to quick Meals, however, in baby bottles and vibrant Sippy cups.
This is particularly helpful If you’re Toddler is hungry However, your Teen Sim consumed the last portion of Mac and Cheese.
You can walk right over to the Drink-o-Baby and select your preferred beverage and you’re done. A quick bottle or a Capri Sun-like juice box for your baby.
It’ll quell your hunger long enough to whip up a Garden Salad or some Grilled Cheese.
The drink options are quite extensive.
The most basic options are water, juice from fruits, and milk bottles for infants.
If you want to add flavor it is possible to give your baby a sippy cup (9 varieties and 9 styles) and puree bottles (6 variants).
The flavors you can choose from are mango, strawberry banana strawberry, banana strawberry blueberry, potato, and spinach.
Adorable.
This amazing dispenser in kitchen appliances is in build/buy mode.
2. Nutri-Baby is a game by Around the Sims 4
It’s an alternative to the Food version of the Around the Sims 4 Drink-o-Baby mod. It’s as useful, practical, and smart as its predecessor.
Similar to Drink-o-Baby, Nutri-Baby offers a variety of new quick food options for hungry Toddler who is hungry and is hungry today.
To make it more real, the food choices are those that you’d normally serve children in real life.
Think Gerber Mash potatoes, mush, Ham, mashed carrots, and pizza with peas. Each dish is an individual mesh. There are no recolors of Fruitcake and Scrambled Eggs here.

3. Toddler Playpens made by Around the Sims 4
In the current episode ” why didn’t EA take this into consideration?” we look at Toddler Playpens.
Functional toddler playpens.
In other words, you can have the Toddler within the “open-enclosed” space and allow them to perform things within the space to ensure that they don’t feel like they are in a confined space.
How do I start with how clever this is?
There are no need for concerns about the Sims roaming about and possibly interfering with objects (or the other Sims) that you don’t wish them to interact with.
You can watch your Sims in this spacious square-foot playpen and not have to shut off their autonomous capabilities.
Did I mention that toddlers in the Playpen will not cause messes?
I am in love with this design.
To purchase, you must purchase the Playpen using Buy/Build mode, then set it up. Make the Parent Sim take their toddler.
When you click the blank space in the center of the Playpen You’ll be presented with the option to put [Toddler’s name below Here.
When you click this, the parent Sim will place the Toddler inside the Playpen.
To allow your toddler to have fun in the Playpen make sure that they have all their toys in their personal inventory before placing them in the. Toys in the Playpen aren’t able to be clicked.
4. Mini-Chairs and Mini-Tables to Toddlers
This set includes the tiniest table and chairs you’ve ever seen, and I’ll not be able to get over it.
This model gives us toddler-sized tables and chairs for our adorable little ones who want to play. They are able to sit, they take a bite, and they can sip an ice-cold bottle or two of the Drink-baby milk.
The point is that they’re all completely operational.
And they even play on the fields (literally). There’s no more climbing up the sofa or wrestling with sofa cushions.
The animation is adorable I don’t mean to be naive, please. Tables that are sized for toddlers are adorable.
This pack includes what the creators call Splat Mats and Chair boosters.
If you combine them with your toddler, they should be able to sit comfortably on regular dining chairs to eat at a normal dining table.
The creator has explicit instructions on how you can utilize to use the chairs and Splat mats and splat mats.
This is why I recommend taking the time to read (and reading and re-reading) the entire document before you download it.
5. Tiny Twavellers, by Felixandre
If I say that this stunning adventure-themed pack contains everything, including the cooking sink included, I am referring to that (almost) in the literal sense.
A custom-designed content pack that includes the totality of 67 pieces of useful objects as well as decorations and everything else in between.

With swatches that are guaranteed for making even the toughest of men swoon the most, these customized Toddler Beds from Shanany will make you smile.
They come in six distinct colors – or six different baby animals that make the perfect background for any small Toddler and, trust me when I say that they will. words, they’ll make you feel soft.

As one who considers Freezer Bunny awestruck, I’ve never understood why there weren’t more toys and merchandise to match it.
This mod was something I had never thought I would want until I came across it.
It is the first time that it has practical (read squeeze-able) plushies including Freezer Bunny, Llama (another famous Sims item), Sly Fox, and Kitty.
They are available in 2 sizes. The smaller ones are for toddlers and are able to play with. The larger ones are just visual clutter.
9. Freezer Bunny Daycare and Stuff Pack by SimDoughnut
In addition to the toy-like Freezer Bunny plushies, I also came across an absolutely adorable Freezer Bunny-themed Toddler things pack.
What a great stuff-pack it is.
Duties of Wall Stuff, Furniture Stuff, Toys, Clutter, and much more.
Freezer Bunny building blocks, Freezer Bunny cereal boxes, Freezer Bunny Toddler bed, Freezer Bunny wall decals …
it is terrifying if weren’t finding that cute rabbit so charming. If you’re not a fan of him, perhaps you should not download this.
If you’re not taking my advice, I tell you that you won’t regret it.

10. Fun Dino Slide (with Custom Animation) by Necrodogmtsands4s
There are a couple of Toddler slides included in the base game, however, the Dino Slide mod is an actual slide that has a custom animation and happy Mood boost.
Sims who play with the slide will kind of let go after the slide is over, and afterward, they will run around trying to escape the way of another person or get ready for a second chance.
It’s adorable to watch.
Apart from being a cute blue slide that has the big eyes of a dinosaur at the bottom and a set of stairs made to resemble scales (or what those ridges that appear on dinosaurs’ backs are known as)
This slide also is also equipped with a tiny side display. It is also able to be used by toddlers, elders, and all ages in between.
Contrary to the basic game Toddler slide, this cheerful tiny dino slide is sure to be lots of fun for the entire family!
11. Elephant Slide by Ayumea
This slide might not have a custom animation, but it’s similar to that Dino Slide. I couldn’t resist including it.
The concept is straightforward; the round Bambi-eyed baby elephant serves as the slide’s overall frame (complete with tiny tusks peeking out from the side).
The slide itself is an infant elephant’s trunk.
If you think that the description sounds appealing then wait until you experience the slide inside-game. Five gorgeous colors and a lot of toddler-sliding fun.
Be aware that you’ll require The Sims 4 Toddler Stuff pack for mesh and animation to function, however!
12. The Solace Baby Swing from TS3 until TS4 by chic4house
I always appreciate any mod that adds some spice to boring or boring basic game elements.
This is why I’m a huge fan of Retextures and color recolors. It’s fascinating to observe that the Sims community conceptualizes and reimagines even the most basic objects.
What I’m trying to find out is that this little swing is absolutely genius.
It’s really an infant high chair disguised! It’s not able to move back and forth but it sure appears to!
Bonus points to make the game more real (because I’ve seen many IRL toddlers gently swinging around in swings for baby children) and for smartly reworking the high chair to create something that has more personality.
Non-Functional/CAS objects
1. Pampers Cruisers Diapers by Kratoscheky
It seems that TS4 Toddlers and Children don’t have many themed toys. What’s the deal? Where do you find those Freezer Bunny diapers and Llamacorn bibs?
The diaper set from Kratoscheky was inspired by Pamper’s Cruisers diapers. They satisfy my desire for themed Toddler things perfectly.
They’re cute, realistic, and have big-eyed characters poking their eyes out.
The creator has even gone the extra mile to edit his TS4 basis game Toddler clothing so that it appears as if the Toddlers are wearing diapers underneath the clothing.
There’s additional padding, extra lines, or even extra poof, based on the fashion of the garment.
You can download these edited “pampered” (get what?) clothes as well as the diapers as a .package file, or simply save the diapers. In either case, it’s an extra element to your little Sim toddlers.
2. Superhero Masks and Onesie designed for Toddlers by SimsDollhouse
Dressing up for Halloween isn’t just only for Halloween anymore!
But not when you have these cute Superhero sets (and accompanying masks) from SimsDollhouse.
I’m not a fan of the entire “boys love superheroes girls are obsessed with princesses” stereotype like I do. However, you must admit it: these onesies are cute.
Your adorable Toddler could become Superman, Green Lantern, Captain America, Batman as well as The Flash.
(Bonus Bonus: finally be able to DC to collaborate together with Marvel).
The Superman onesie does not have the mask that matches by the way. Other masks are located beneath “Facepaint”.

I’m sure that we have quite a lot of Toddler onesies in the Sims 4 game.
Who’s going to turn down free clothing? Particularly those which make your Toddler appear like a tiny panda.
If it’s not obvious I would strongly recommend these.
There are animal-themed onesies that are available in TS4 – as well as the full-on Bear costume.
But this mod offers your toddler an additional four animals that you can check out: panda, tiger as well as giraffe, and zebra.
Also, they’re accessible for males and females and for both genders, too.
4. The Little Witches by StoryLegacySims
Maybe I’m looking forward to Halloween, but I love how adorable!

While the girls ride around on brooms and transform people into toads, boys are able to take on through the Seven Sim Seas.
This delightfully charming Pirate Costume Set by Renorasims is actually a collection of items taken from The Sims 4 Spooky Stuff SP that are compatible with the base game and lovingly adjusted to fit our tiny toddlers.
Earrings, headbands, costumes, and boots The whole all in multiple – .package files!
6. Little Elsa Anna Dress from SweetDreamsZzzzz
Let it Go could be a bit overplayed a while back. However, Elsa’s dress (from the Disney film Frozen) will always be gorgeous.
On the same note, Anna’s outfit will always appear cute, too.
When I stumbled upon this CC (still in the form of the Toddler Halloween Costume High from the other mods) I thought about it for maybe five minutes.
It’s adorable, accurate and who am I to stop your toddler sim from dressing like Arendelle’s royals?
7. Let Me Be a Toddler (Hair for Our Sweet Toddler) by Birksche
The mod pack now includes four stunning new hairstyles for your adorable Sim Toddler.

The CAS options for Toddlers such as hair, accessories to clothes are extremely limited. This is why we offer awesome CC such as this one to give our toddlers some personality.
If you’re only interested in only one or two of four hairstyles there’s no problem.

8. A Alphabet Pacifier from Simiracle

Tiny Toddler Pacifiers with stunning script letters. There are two variations that are pink and blue.
Each has every letter of the alphabet. It’s adorable, simple as well as exactly what I can imagine a child having in the real world.
As a bright pink pacifier, with an ‘S’ that stands for Sam or the blue pacifier which has an adorable cursive “A” for Alex.
This might not be significant for me, but I do am awed by the fact that the designer did not limit the colors to just masculine or feminine.
Male toddlers, as well as female toddlers, can use the pink and blue versions of this adorable pacifier without any issues.
