Before staring the list let me tell you what actually meaning of moe.

Moe is a Japanese world with no English translation word even Japanese are not sure about this word and what its exactly is and all e know is if it makes you go doki doki and wants you to hug somebody then its probably moe.

Even though she is physically and emotionally tough, she does have moments when she acts vulnerable. This usually happens when anything regarding Alibaba takes place. It is hinted that she has feelings for him and this is proven when she rejects Hakuryuu’s proposal.

Eventually, he realizes that she refused to marry him and go to the Kou Empire because she is too attached to Alibaba and very concerned for Aladdin.

9. Meiko Honma from Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai.

Menma is a moe anime girl and very kind and cheerful girl with a very air-headed nature and she often worries about others before herself, especially when it comes to Jinta “Jintan” Yadomi.

She is extremely childish (although this may partially be down to the fact she died as a child and has only recently been ‘resurrected’).

Although throughout the series she is surrounded by her friends, she does often get very lonely and upset easily, especially when she visits her family and realizes she no longer belongs to them, nor does she have a home.

Taneshima is a moe anime girl and has a bubbly personality, but is constantly frustrated when people think she’s in middle or elementary school.

She always wants everyone to get along. She’s also somewhat oblivious, completely unaware of Jun Satou’s feelings for Yachiyo Todoroki, and why he messes with her hair.

However, she manages to recognize Yachiyo’s feelings for Satou, even before Yachiyo does.

She is really worried about her height and measures herself almost everyday, though as of the series finale she has finally grown taller.

She is on a neutral side meaning she will make the world a better place in her way.

Kobato has a rather serious brother complex, as she gets angry when someone else, females, Maria, in particular, gets too close to Kodaka and call him big brother, or onii-chan. 

Despite having the tendency to avoid strangers, Kobato seems to appreciate people who would act like a guardian to her, particularly her brother and Yozora.

However, Kobato is not particularly fond of people who act aggressively in gaining her attention, particularly, people like Sena.

5. Mikuru Asahina from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu

She is a moe anime girl and secretly a time traveler from the future who came back in time to observe Haruhi. She is best friends with Tsuruya and shows a great talent for brewing tea.

Mikuru often has trouble talking to Kyon because many of the things he asks about are “classified”

She has red/brown hair. Her birthday is on October 21. Year of birth is unknown, due to her being a time traveler from future times. Currently unknown if she would tell anyone.

4. Mio Akiyama from K-On!!

Mio Akiyama is a moe anime girl and she freaks out around things she’s afraid of, are gross, or pertain to gore.

She is a tsundere towards Ritsu Tainaka often, due to Ritsu’s immaturity. Because of her extreme shyness, she chose the bass over the more conspicuous guitar.

She is so delicate that merely imagining herself being the center of attention almost makes her faint, but she still plays the bass quite well. She is kind and warm with others, caring about her friends, and knows they are important to her.

Mami Tomoe is a moe anime girl and appears to be a very kind, gentle, and cheerful girl, as seen in ”I’m Not Afraid of Anything Anymore.”

She also reveals to Madoka Kaname that she is lonely and she tells her how and why she became a magical girl.

Mami is very nice to everyone but she seems to dislike Homura Akemi. In Rebellion, it’s seen that she took a liking to Bebe.

When frightened of other things, she can emit blasts of mental stress, blowing apart various objects and surroundings with her poltergeist power, she occasionally “disconnects” from her body during brief moments of excitement or being frightened by dogs.

Oshizu can also be a bit of a blockhead because she easily misinterprets certain situations and can go off topic. Oshizu is quite determined about helping Haruna confess her love for Rito by using her powers. But that usually ends up in a perverted accident.

Mikoto is a moe anime girl and the daughter of Misaka Tabigake and Misaka Misuzu.

She entered Academy City in elementary age, and distinguished herself as a child prodigy, initially starting out as a Level 1 and climbing her way up to a Level 5 esper.

This made her a perfect candidate for the Sisters Project, which held the intent of cloning her for military use.

Mikoto willingly gave a DNA sample to the researchers of the project after being told that it would help people who suffer from muscular dystrophy, a fatal disease.
