- Chibi: I am sure that all anime fans know this term its use for small anime characters.
So without wasting anymore time lets just dive into 15 most moe anime girls in anime world.
15. Tsukasa Hiiragi from Lucky☆Star
She apparently looks a lot like Akari Kamigishi from the anime To Heart. This is lampshaded twice in the anime. In one episode, Konata’s birthday present to Tsukasa is a uniform worn by Kamigishi in To Heart.
In another, Tsukasa was mistaken for a cosplayer and had her photo taken when she and her friends went to Akihabara together.
14. Fuuko Ibuki from Clannad
Fuko Ibuki is a very hyperactive and childish girl. She is totally obsessed with starfish, and she is usually alone, making small wooden carvings of starfish with a carving knife, to give to her others as presents.
That hobby completely drains her concentration and awareness of the people around her.
Fuko loves starfish so much that she daydreams about starfish at any time of the day, though nobody bothers to wake her up.
13. Tooru Ichii from A-Channel
She has been friends with Run whom she is very close to and fond of, since elementary, often getting lonely when separated from her and threatening anyone who tries to make a move on her, such as the boys who often hang around her.
She likes it when Run praises her, about anything at all, such as being smart or good at hiding things (when she tucked her dress-like PE uniform in bloomers).
12. Mirai Kuriyama from Kyoukai no Kanata (Beyond the Boundary)
Mirai is moe anime girl and sole survivor of a Spirit World Warrior-clan with the ability to manipulate their own blood – they were able to form weapons from their blood and use it as a corrosive spray.
Left without relatives, Mirai was adopted by the Inami family but kept isolated because of her powers.
However, the family’s middle daughter, Yui Inami, befriended Mirai on contravention of her family’s harsh treatment of the girl
11. Tomoko Kuroki from Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui!
Tomoko is a moe anime girl and started off very excited about high school. Since she had had over 50 years of dating experience with over 100 boys in otome games, she could not have been more delighted with the expected coming years of popularity!
After two months without speaking to anyone in her class, Tomoko is baffled by her continuing lack of notoriety and becomes more determined than ever to gain her peers’ approval.
10. Morgiana from Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic
Morgiana is a moe anime girl and quiet girl who rarely talks. She likes strange things. Instead of choosing jewelry for her Household Vessel, she considered two devilish looking manifers (though possibly only because Alibaba recommended them). When mad, she usually puffs up her cheeks or stomps her feet, breaking the ground.
Even though she is physically and emotionally tough, she does have moments when she acts vulnerable. This usually happens when anything regarding Alibaba takes place. It is hinted that she has feelings for him and this is proven when she rejects Hakuryuu’s proposal.
Eventually, he realizes that she refused to marry him and go to the Kou Empire because she is too attached to Alibaba and very concerned for Aladdin.
9. Meiko Honma from Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai.
Menma is a moe anime girl and very kind and cheerful girl with a very air-headed nature and she often worries about others before herself, especially when it comes to Jinta “Jintan” Yadomi.
She is extremely childish (although this may partially be down to the fact she died as a child and has only recently been ‘resurrected’).
Although throughout the series she is surrounded by her friends, she does often get very lonely and upset easily, especially when she visits her family and realizes she no longer belongs to them, nor does she have a home.
8. Popura Taneshima from Working!!
Taneshima is a moe anime girl and has a bubbly personality, but is constantly frustrated when people think she’s in middle or elementary school.
She always wants everyone to get along. She’s also somewhat oblivious, completely unaware of Jun Satou’s feelings for Yachiyo Todoroki, and why he messes with her hair.
However, she manages to recognize Yachiyo’s feelings for Satou, even before Yachiyo does.
She is really worried about her height and measures herself almost everyday, though as of the series finale she has finally grown taller.
7. Nunnally Lamperouge from Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch
Throughout the series Nunnally has shown to be almost inhumanly kindhearted, patient and understanding. She endured her double handicap of blindness and paralysis with a smile and warmth and she is kind and empathetic to all those around her.
Nunnally is a moe anime girl and has gentle ideals and due to her telling Euphie to not expose her and her brother’s royalty as well as her belief that what Zero is doing is wrong.
She is on a neutral side meaning she will make the world a better place in her way.
6. Kobato Hasegawa from Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai
Kobato is a moe anime girl and shy person that doesn’t tend to interact with the people around her. She is extremely close to Kodaka and gets jealous if Kodaka diverts his attention from her.
Kobato has a rather serious brother complex, as she gets angry when someone else, females, Maria, in particular, gets too close to Kodaka and call him big brother, or onii-chan.
Despite having the tendency to avoid strangers, Kobato seems to appreciate people who would act like a guardian to her, particularly her brother and Yozora.
However, Kobato is not particularly fond of people who act aggressively in gaining her attention, particularly, people like Sena.
5. Mikuru Asahina from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu
She is a moe anime girl and secretly a time traveler from the future who came back in time to observe Haruhi. She is best friends with Tsuruya and shows a great talent for brewing tea.
Mikuru often has trouble talking to Kyon because many of the things he asks about are “classified”
She has red/brown hair. Her birthday is on October 21. Year of birth is unknown, due to her being a time traveler from future times. Currently unknown if she would tell anyone.
4. Mio Akiyama from K-On!!
Mio Akiyama is a moe anime girl and she freaks out around things she’s afraid of, are gross, or pertain to gore.
She is a tsundere towards Ritsu Tainaka often, due to Ritsu’s immaturity. Because of her extreme shyness, she chose the bass over the more conspicuous guitar.
She is so delicate that merely imagining herself being the center of attention almost makes her faint, but she still plays the bass quite well. She is kind and warm with others, caring about her friends, and knows they are important to her.
3. Mami Tomoe From Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica
Mami Tomoe is a moe anime girl and appears to be a very kind, gentle, and cheerful girl, as seen in ”I’m Not Afraid of Anything Anymore.”
She also reveals to Madoka Kaname that she is lonely and she tells her how and why she became a magical girl.
Mami is very nice to everyone but she seems to dislike Homura Akemi. In Rebellion, it’s seen that she took a liking to Bebe.
2. Shizu Murasame from To LOVE-Ru
Oshizu is a moe anime girl and sincere, kind, and very curious about the modern world and has a severe case of cynophobia (fear of dogs), likened to Sairenji Haruna’s level of fear to the supernatural (who also has a pet dog), the cause of this is unknown.
When frightened of other things, she can emit blasts of mental stress, blowing apart various objects and surroundings with her poltergeist power, she occasionally “disconnects” from her body during brief moments of excitement or being frightened by dogs.
Oshizu can also be a bit of a blockhead because she easily misinterprets certain situations and can go off topic. Oshizu is quite determined about helping Haruna confess her love for Rito by using her powers. But that usually ends up in a perverted accident.
1. Mikoto Misaka From Toaru Majutsu no Index
Mikoto is a moe anime girl and the daughter of Misaka Tabigake and Misaka Misuzu.
She entered Academy City in elementary age, and distinguished herself as a child prodigy, initially starting out as a Level 1 and climbing her way up to a Level 5 esper.
This made her a perfect candidate for the Sisters Project, which held the intent of cloning her for military use.
Mikoto willingly gave a DNA sample to the researchers of the project after being told that it would help people who suffer from muscular dystrophy, a fatal disease.
