Tokyo Ghoul is a dark fantasy and supernatural anime series created by Sui Ishida. It debuted on Tokyo Max on July 4th, 2014, by studio Pierrot.

Tokyo Ghoul is a great pick if you’re looking for a gory, cannibalistic anime to watch.

This anime contains a lot of gore and cannibalism. However, gore and cannibalism are reasons that separate him from other typical Seinen anime.

Due to the presence of mysterious terrible creatures alongside humans, Tokyo has degraded into a harsh and brutal city in this series.

The residents of this once-proud metropolis are constantly terrified of these mysterious terrible creatures known as “Ghouls.”
