High School of the Dead is a series based on the manga usual and it is very natural also and the manga, called Gakuen Mokushiroku Haisukūru obu za Deddo in Japanese, was created by Daisuke Satou and illustrated by Shouji Satou.
The first manga was published in 2006 and published until 2013, after being adopted by the studio the animation season first was premiered on July 5, 2010, till September 20, 2010.
After the end of the season first, the studio made another surprise OVA special episode for fans and since then, the fans of the show are wondering when the new season means the season of the show High School of the Dead will be released and now, they are waiting for the new season eagerly.
But sadly, like other amazing anime out there the second season of the show Highschool of the Dead is not getting any renewal yet and fans are also waiting for almost decades to know anything about the show whether it is possible or not but still hoping for the positive thing on the second season of the show and any further development regarding the show.
Highschool of the Dead Season 2 When will it premiere?
Highschool of the Dead season first was premiered in July 2010 and end in the same year in September.
However, it seems a little difficult because of the sudden heart-breaking news about the creator of the manga Daisuke who is passed away unfortunately in the year 2017 leaving the manga unfinished.
Despite that fact the more collective sources there is a chance for the news creator to create his/her work and continue the story where the one who made and left or start the new story accordingly.
So, with all the possibilities made we guess the story of the show may proceed, and after that, the new season of the show could come on the screen sometime in 2021 or 2022.
Although with the main fact that right now the world is facing an ongoing COVID-19 situation, this seems very unlikely. But with no sure date and year yet, fans are eager to know if they’re still any hope for the show.

Story Behind the Highschool of the Dead
Highschool of the Dead is one of the popular shows based on Horror anime the story is quite amazing and different.
Although we all are familiarised with the Zombie genre and in this show the Zombie outbreak happens after the spreading of unfamiliar disease that affects Japan.
And all over the world that results in the death of human start increasing and the living dead are constantly increasing their rate faster and faster and on that fact, the disease has no scope of end and including that the show focus on the group of youngsters who are also a student and trying to survive from this major incident.
Although the story has so many main characters the show start from Fujimi High School situated in Japan where the boy name Takashi Komuro a student of the school is forced to kill his best friend name Hisashi.
After he gets bitten by the dead and doesn’t want him to join them after this devasted thing and killing his best friend for his sake then he vowed down himself to protect his deceased best friends girlfriend name Rei Miyamoto and after all that shit and bloodshed everywhere they successfully escape the school.
After escaping from school, they are now facing the more devasted thing where the whole society is being infected by that and constantly getting attacked by those dead walkers.
With no choice left and nowhere to go they Takashi and Rei then embark on a quest to uncover the source of the pandemic and the whereabouts of their family.
After following the quest, the dup left, and then after all the bloodshed they join other survivors in their on-going quest Saeko Busujima, the beautiful president from Kendo Club from same school, joins them, with Saya Takagi, the daughter of a famous politician.
Furthermore, Kouta Hirano and their attractive school nurse Shizuka Marikawa joins the team, after that in the quest the youngest member joins them whose name is Alice and also rescued by Takashi.
And his friend after the death of her parents and left all alone in this society full of dead walkers all around and together, they are now trying to get out from this hell and find more survivor and curse of the disease.
