“Densetsu No Yuusha No Densetsu” is a faithful adaptation of an 11-volume light novel composed by Takaya Kagami.

But its devotion to the source is often shown to be the biggest drawback.

Although being loyal to the source may be a positive thing for anime, the pace of the light novel isn’t in sync with the plot of the initial season.

What makes it a great bishounen is its high-quality animation and beautifully drawn characters.

This isn’t an anime that will appeal to all tastes, but it’s worth checking out.

In case you’ve watched its first episode, here’s all you should be aware of its upcoming season.

When is the Legend of the Legendary Heroes Season 2 release date?

The Legend of the Legendary Heroes season 1 premiered on July 2nd, 2010, and with 24 episodes, it concluded on December 17th, 2010.

In addition, the series also includes a special episode titled “The Legend of Legendary Heroes: Iris Report,” which was released on October 14 on the 14th of October, 2010.

As far as the ratings of its debut season are concerned, “The Legend of Legendary Heroes” ranks a little above average across the majority of anime platforms. However, sales for the first season aren’t very impressive.

Furthermore, as Zexcs, the creator of the show “Chrome Shelled Regios,” is a comparatively low-budget anime studio, it’s not famous for making sequels to the anime series it produces.

Since it’s been more than a decade since the show’s first episode and it is now a decade old, there are virtually no chances that it will be renewed.

The Legend of the Legendary Heroes Plot

Densetsu No Yuusha No Densetsu is a story about the young mage Ryner Lute, who has the powerful Alpha Stigma. The ability he has makes him able to study the world of magic through his eyes.

Although it may appear like a blessing to the rest of the world, it’s an unlucky thing that causes death and destruction to those who surround him.

The time came when he was considered to be one of the top pupils at Roland Empire’s Magician Academy, but after having lost many of his classmates during a war, the student vows that he will do all he can to create an even more peaceful and tranquil place.

He is joined by his best buddy, Sion Astal, who is also a survivor.

The two of them are determined to bring peace to their country.

Then, Sion ends up becoming the King of Roland, and as Ryner is among the few people he can trust, he asks him to hunt for every relic that could assist the nation.

Determined to make a difference to his nation, Ryner embarks on a journey with Ferris Eris, a well-known and gorgeous swordswoman. The two search for the entire collection of relics belonging to legendary heroes.
