The official website for the television anime adaptation of Fujino Ōmori and Toshi Aoi’s Wistoria: Wand and Sword (Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria) manga announced three additional cast members on Friday.
New Cast of Wistoria
- Satomi Amano as Colette Loire
- Masaaki Mizunaka as Zion Alster
- Aoi Inase as Kiki
The anime is set to debut on 28 TBS networks in July.
Here are the main characters of the anime:
- Kōhei Amasaki portraying the character Will Serfort
- Akira Sekine portraying Elfaria Alvis Serfort
- Tatsuya Yoshihara, who previously worked as the action director for Chainsaw Man, is in charge of directing the anime.
The production is in collaboration with Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures. Sayaka Ono (CROSS ANGE Rondo of Angel and Dragon) is in charge of character design and is the chief animation director. Raita Sunaga, Yoshirou Harada, and Ryou Akizuki are responsible for the monster design. Hiroto Morishita works as the sound director at Jinnan Studio. Yuki Hayashi from My Hero Academia is composing the music at Lantis.
Kodansha USA Publishing is known for releasing the manga in English, with the sixth volume being released on September 12. The company shares the story:

Ōmori (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?) and Aoi started the manga in Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in December 2020.
On February 8, Kodansha released the ninth volume of the manga’s compiled book. The manga’s “Terminalia Arc” came to a close in May 2023, and an epilogue chapter followed in June.
