Watashi no Arika Manga Sets Foot In the Final Arc

The Watashi no Arika manga by Moyashi Fujisawa and Kumakuzu has reached its final arc, which was revealed in the 17th issue of Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine this year.

The manga will be moving to the YanMaga Web website on April 15, where it will continue its serialization.

The story revolves around Arika, the shining star of a rising idol group, who experiences a tragic incident.

Fujisawa and Kumakuzu debuted the series in Weekly Young Magazine in December 2022.

On January 9, Kodansha released the fourth compilation book volume.

The fifth volume will be shipped on May 7th.

Fujisawa published the Burn the House Down (Mitarai-ke Enjō Suru) manga in Kodansha’s Kiss magazine from 2017 to 2021, with a total of eight volumes released by Kodansha.

Kodansha USA Publishing has brought the manga to English readers, with the eighth volume hitting shelves in January 2023.

The manga inspired a live-action series adaptation that was released on Netflix worldwide in 2023.
