The mod does come with an automatic installer for Windows, which works best with the English version of the game and when installed in the default directory. Alternatively, here are the manual steps:
- Get the Open World Brookheights installer for download.
- Open the downloaded archive and navigate to the Brookheights folder.
- Please navigate to the folder labeled “Manual Install”.
- You can easily transfer the contents of the graphics folder to [drive]:\Users\[username]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ConfigOverride.
