A group of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 players got together to honor Akira Toriyama, who died recently and created the brand.

To honor Akira Toriyama, a lot of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 players went into the online lobby and joined a community-wide tribute. People shared these tributes on social media.

The cause of death for Akira Toriyama, who passed away at the start of the month, was reported on March 8 as an acute subdural hematoma.

Toriyama was renowned for creating the important Dragon Ball Man ga, which was later turned into a multimedia franchise.

He also designed characters for video games like Chrono Trigger, Blue Dragon, and Dragon Quest, and wrote works like Sand Land and Dr. Slump.

He helped with creating ideas and characters for other Dragon Ball media, such as Xenoverse, where he worked as a supervisor. The next Dragon Ball Daima anime is the last thing Toriyama worked on before he died.

There are still a lot of active players who heard the new updates because Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still a popular game. Roxaura, one of the fans, thought it was cool to honor the late creator.

They asked people who played Xenoverse 2 on PS4 to join them as they all gathered at the Dragon Ball pedestal in an online lobby and did the Spirit Bomb emote, raising their avatar’s hand in the air, much like when Goku asked the people of Earth to give their energy for his Spirit Bomb attack.

Several players showed up to pay their respects at the event on March 8 at 5 p.m. EST, and videos and pictures of the event were shared on Twitter.
