Digimon Liberator Webcomic Launch Date

The live stream event for “Digimon Con 2024” on Sunday unveiled that the Digimon Liberator vertical-scrolling webcomic is set to launch on April 25, as previously announced.

The event provided a sneak peek of the prologue for the webcomic, which will be released on the Digimon Liberator website later on Sunday.

The webcomic will be available in English and simplified Chinese, in addition to Japanese.

Digimon Liberator is set to receive a web novel that offers a fresh perspective on the world.

The novel introduces a new protagonist, a girl named Yuuki, and her partner, Digimon Impmon.

Exciting news for Digimon Liberator fans: merchandise is on the way, including a starter deck set to release on April 26.

The event showcased a promotional video for the 25th anniversary of the Digimon anime franchise.

The event also revealed that the official website for the franchise has released an epilogue for the Digimon Seekers novel.

The novel was released in April 2023 and was scheduled to be serialized for approximately a year.

The franchise’s website is currently releasing the novel series in English.

This novel series marks the culmination of the franchise’s 25th anniversary celebration.

Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, the second film in the Digimon Adventure 02 anime, premiered in Japan on October 27 and was shown in U.S. theaters on November 8–9.

Shout! Studios and Toei Animation are set to release the film on home video.
