This mod focuses on providing a realistic experience. It alters the dynamics in the game as follows:
There is no existence of the Grim Reaper.
When your Sims pass away, it’s permanent. There is no room for negotiation, no somber arrangements, and so on.
Since Grim is not real, your deceased Sim will be placed on the ground in a body bag.
If a Sim passes away, another NPC, the medical examiner, needs to be contacted by a surviving Sim to come and collect the deceased.
The Sim will only be removed after the ME has examined, leading to an in-game wait before a funeral can be planned.
