Re: Monster Receives English Dub

On Friday, Crunchyroll shared the exciting news that they will be streaming the English dub for the Re: Monster light novel series on April 1.

This coincides with the Re: Monster anime’s release in Japan, making it a treat for fans worldwide.

  • Sarah Wiedenheft as Aoi
  • Sonny Strait voices the character Gobjii.
  • Jill Harris as Gobue

The English dub is being directed by Cris George.

Zach Bolton is in charge of production.

Leah Clark is working on the English script. William Dewell handles the mixing duties, while Jeremy Woods takes care of the engineering.

The anime is set to premiere on Tokyo MX and BS11 on April 4, and on TV Hokkaido on April 12.

U-NEXT and Anime Hōdai will be streaming the anime in Japan before it airs on television on April 1.

Takayuki Inagaki is at the helm of the anime, bringing his expertise from previous works such as Birdie Wing -Golf Girls’ Story- and Chio’s School Road.

Re: Monster is being produced by Studio DEEN, known for their exceptional craftsmanship.

GENCO is the production company behind the Re: Monster anime.

Hiroshi Yamaguchi, known for his work on To Heart, Comic Party, and ToHeart2, is responsible for overseeing the series composition.

Junichi Takaoka, the talented artist behind Gravion, is in charge of designing the characters.

Sakabe is the composer of the music.

Norito Kondo holds the position of director of photography.

Yuka Kadowaki serves as the color designer, while Kazuhiro Arai takes on the role of art director.

Shuhei Abe serves as the sound director, with Naoto Yamaya (Sound Box) being credited for sound effects. Nobuhito Kojima, from Cygames, is the sound mixer.

Studio TRON is a welcoming recording studio.

SABERLINKS is well-known for their expertise in sound production. Yuki Koike is the editor.

Chansung, a member of the popular South Korean boy band 2PM, is teaming up with Japanese hip-hop artist AK-69 to create the opening theme song “Into the Fire,” featuring the talented vocals of Lee Changmin from the boy band 2AM.

EverdreaM, the rock vocal duo, will be delighting fans with their performance of the anime’s ending theme song called “Sadame” (also known as “Unmei” or Fate).

Kanekiru first shared the story on the Shōsetsu ni Narō website.

AlphaPolis released their initial volume in 2012, followed by the ninth volume in 2017.

Yamaada is known for illustrating the novels.

Haruyoshi Kobayakawa’s ongoing manga adaptation is serialized monthly on AlphaPolis’ website, with the 11th compiled book volume released on March 19.

Seven Seas is happy to announce that the manga adaptation will be releasing its ninth volume in English on June 11.

Tomokui Kanata’s journey continues even after his untimely demise.

He finds himself in a captivating realm filled with swords and magic, but as a humble goblin.

Undeterred by this setback, the newly named “Rou” harnesses his newfound physical abilities and past memories to forge ahead in a world where devouring other creatures grants him their strengths and powers.

The series also sparked a smartphone game called the same name, where players get to be a goblin.

The game was released on Android and iOS in February 2016.
