On the surface this anime assassin, Johan is a well-mannered, charismatic, and compassionate yet somewhat aloof young man.

He possesses a myriad of favorable traits and can easily overwhelm individuals with his seemingly flawless nature, as seen with Hans Georg Schuwald, who describes him as being not of this world.

This meticulously crafted facade makes it easy for him to make new allies and manipulate them into doing various deeds for him through the influence of his supposed friendship and good will.

With such skill in creating this sense of perfection and pureness, Johan hides his true motives with ease.

Akame appears to be a very serious and cold-hearted anime assassin which stems from her hellish training that the Empire forced her and her sister through, but it is eventually revealed that she is just socially awkward.

She cares about her comrades very much and she is always worried that one of them may not make it out alive due to her first-hand experience that war always has a high mortality rate.

She also tends to hide her emotions when it is revealed that a comrade dies, such as seen with Sheele, making Tatsumi mistakenly and incorrectly assume that she deals with it easily, because she is used to it.

As a child, Suzuya’s personality was somewhat normal, albeit a tad twisted, but as a result of Big Madam’s treatment. He no longer felt fear, pain, nor did he have any morals. Yukinori Shinohara, his mentor, described him as a “problem child”.

Despite his childish and playful demeanor, he was also extremely violent and highly disturbed. He usually described his killing methods to be clean, without needless movements, which is a skill he seemed to take pride in as an anime assassin.

He shows no hesitation to kill someone. He even goes as far as to consider it a part of daily life, and lacks awareness of death’s weight.

Later, it is revealed that XeXeeD’s user was found dead of heart failure a few days after his avatar was shot. There is also evidence of a similar case involving the death of another GGO user.

Major Motoko Kusanagi is the main protagonist and anime assassin in Masamune Shirow’s anime and manga series.

She is a cyborg employed as the squad leader of Public Security Section 9, a fictional division of the real Japanese National Public Safety Commission, and earned her rank of major during her service in the Japan Ground Self Defense Force.

Motoko’s body is one of the most advanced models on the market, possessing 16²/cm² skin tactile elements, meaning she has a greatly heightened sense of touch.

With the last of his strength, his brother had attached his own arm, by means of alchemy, to Scar.

Even if Scar wanted to finally break the Ishvalan teaching and perform transmutation alchemy, he cannot because his right arm is only designed for destroying.

He was like this even as a kid when he killed many animals. And when his father beat him as punishment for it, he displayed no sense of guilt and expressed puzzlement on the concept of love and other emotions.

This shows that Sato was already sociopath before he killed people.

Despite his best efforts he could not enjoy what other people found happiness in, and instead found himself drawn to negative emotions like the pain of others.

He is able to act like a normal person, even bringing pride to his father, but he intrinsically does not feel the same happiness others do.

He is very similar to Shirou in that he is a void human being without a clear sense of self, and can be called the opposite extreme of Shirou.

Always focused on his goal and carefully approaching Doppio whom he suspected to be Diavolo’s underling, Risotto is methodical in his assassination method, making decisive actions and calmly analyzing Doppio’s moves before acting.

His ability to predict his opponent’s moves is formidable, and has allowed him to almost kill Doppio were he not outsmarted by the Boss.

Light is a young man, standing at above average height with light-brown hair and brown eyes. During Part I, when not wearing his school uniform.

Which consists of a tan suit and red tie, he dresses fairly casually, sometimes sporting a dress shirt underneath a jacket or a V-neck sweater with a collared t-shirt underneath.

During Part II, if not wearing a similar style of clothes, he is seen wearing a suit.

He is most commonly known for having a sweet tooth; he loves everything sweet and spent almost 200 million on snacks when he was at the Heavens Arena.

He is also one of the quickest-thinking characters and often analyzes a situation with great ease and accuracy. In spite of his young age, his way of thinking, knowledge, and pragmatism give him the attitude of an adult.

However, after meeting Aguri Yukimura, he finally knew what compassion really was–becoming much more kind and compassionate.

According to Aguri, if he was born in a peaceful country, his personality would be “someone a little perverted, with a good head but a few screws loose, petty about small things, and also very stubborn.”
