The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild – All Captured Memories Locations

Nintendo threw tonnes of quests and side quests into The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild; however, there are two main quests named as ‘Captured Memories’.

In this regard, you have to search for Zelda’s Captured Memories all over the Hyrule map territory. Less are five Memories in total, and each of them is a picture taken by Zelda herself using the Sheikah Slate, each of which gives out parts of the game’s information.

Memory locations can sometimes lie low and can be rather hard to find, but they’re all here and we’ll help you locate them.

Memory 1: Subdued Ceremony (Sacred Ground Ruins)

This memory is found in the Sacred Ground Ruins to the southeast of Hyrule Castle. There are lots of Guardians in the area so enter it very carefully. This way you would see the broken-down ceremonial whatnot which will look similar to the photograph shown here.

Memory 2: Revali’s Flap (Lake Kolomo)

Head to the small lake on the west side of the Dueling Peaks. It exists to the southeast of the Central Tower, the shores of Lake Kolomo nearby. This memory depicts Zelda and the Rito champion Revali during an important part of the game.

Memory 3: Order and Mourning (Ancient Pillars)

Travel to the Tabantha Region and look for the Ancient Columns in the southwest of the Tabantha Tower. This way, the place is high, and you can easily orient in what environment, considering the lack of similar photo angles.

Memory 4: Zelda’s Resentment (Kara Kara Bazaar)

In the Gerudo Desert, the Kara Kara Bazaar is a small place with palms. Go to the west side of the bazaar and you will immediately notice that there is a place there which perfectly resembles the place shown on the Sheikah Slate.

Memory 5: Shelter from the Storm (West Necluda)

On two big twin bridges in the northern part of Bury, there will be a small pond in West Necluda. This picture depicts Link and Zelda running close to a tree, along the edge of the water.

Memory 6: urbosa’s Hand (Gerudo Town)

This memory can be located close to Gerudo Town, more specifically by the entrance to the Gerudo main biome. Find the statues that resemble the image’s environment in the Sheikah Slate.

Memory 7: Blades of the Yiga (East of the Hateno Village)

This memory can be obtained when you go east of Hateno Village, where you will find several trees and a small pond nearby. It is revealed to be one of the more visually picturesque memory spaces; as it’s set within an area of extensive woods.

Memory 8: A Premonition (Spring of Power)

This memory can be accessed near the Spring of Power which is to the northwest of the East Akkalla Stable and the south of the Akkala Citadel Ruin. The photograph should match by pointing at a large statue of a Goddess or any other statue and the surrounding area.

Memory 9: Silent Princess (Irch Plain)

Go to the north of the Central Tower, you are in the Irch Plain. This memory picture is one of the calmest with the Silent Princess flowers in the field and it’s also a bit longer.

Memory 10: Mipha’s Touch (Zora’s Domain)

This memory is close to Zora’s Domain on the way to the large statue of Mipha. This shows a quiet intimate scene featuring Link and Mipha, the Zora champion.

Memory 11: Shelter in the Ruins (Sanidin Park Ruins)

The Sanidin Park Ruins are in east Hyrule on the location map, west of Hyrule Field, and around the Ridgeland Tower. Try to locate a big horse statue in the middle of the park as seen in the Sheikah Slate.

Memory 12: Father and Daughter(Place: Hyrule Castle)

This memory falls within the terrain of the game’s dangers which is the Hyrule Castle of the game. Although due to the Guardian’s presence, it is rather secluded; it is situated in the Library section just like the picture depicts.

Memory 13: The Final Memory (Ash Swamp)

When you get the first 12 memories, go back to Impa. All she will tell you is that the final, hidden memory can be unlocked in Ash Swamp, which is located southeast of the Dueling Peaks Tower.

Picking up all memories is essential if you want to get the bonus ending that is shown in the game to give a better conclusion to a story.
