The team behind Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training- revealed on their website that the anime’s Indian World Tour screening is scheduled for April 20 in Mumbai.
This event will showcase the one-hour first episode of the Hashira Training Arc and the final episode of the Swordsmith Village Arc. Natsuki Hanae, the voice actor, and Yūma Takahashi, the producer, will be present at the screening.
Attendees at the screening will have the opportunity to meet Hanae and Takahashi.
The anime screenings debuted in Indian theaters on February 23.
Sony Pictures Entertainment organized a premiere screening for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training- in Mumbai on February 21.
Screenings started in multiple cities in India on February 22. The movie generated ₹5,19,94,270 in revenue during its first week in India, making it the top-earning international film in the country for 2024.
The anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc is set to premiere in spring 2024.
The television anime for The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-Hen) debuted on April 9 with a one-hour special. The anime was available for streaming in India on Crunchyroll and Netflix as soon as it aired in Japan. Crunchyroll included the Hindi dub of the anime on May 8.
Anime screenings were warmly received in India in March 2023. The screenings were first launched in February 2023 across 418 theaters in Japan.
The screenings featured episodes 10 and 11 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, along with the first Swordsmith Village Arc episode.
The initial television anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga debuted in April 2019.
The anime film Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train premiered in Japan in October 2020. The movie premiered in India in August 2021.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc, consisting of seven episodes adapting the Mugen Train film, debuted in October 2021.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yūkaku-hen) television anime premiered in December 2021 with a one-hour special.
Crunchyroll has recently included Hindi and Indian English dubs for both seasons.
Update: Sony Pictures Entertainment confirmed with ANN that Natsuki Hanae and Yūma Takahashi will be available to meet fans before the screening.
