I want to know Jujutsu Kaisen Meaning …

Look, this series couldn’t be more clearly the next big shounen anime if Toriyama or Oda hadn’t drawn it, so it’s going to be translated into English.

So “Jujutsu Kaisen” has to be taken off the air. Some of you ignorant knuckleheads might wonder why a title is important, but the answer is very simple: The first thing you see is the title. It’s the first thing that people notice. It has to stay in your mind long enough to make you want to look more closely.

You probably wouldn’t even look at a series if it had a lame or boring title, so if you don’t see the artwork first, you’re probably going to skip over it until another title catches your attention with its words.

So, as the title of this post asks, what in the world is Jujutsu Kaisen going to be called when it comes out in English?

It can’t possibly be “Sorcery Fight,” which is what its translated title on MAL suggests. That would be the quickest way to ruin the show and make sure no one watches it or buys anything from it.

Keeping it as “Jujutsu Kaisen” is also a bad idea, because the word “Jujutsu” is more likely to make you gag than to get your attention in a good way. No one wants to watch a show whose name they can’t say without choking.

I recommend “War of the Magi.” It’s interesting. It does something. It doesn’t sound like something that would be too embarrassing to say to another person. If Square-Enix gets too possessive and claims ownership because of Final Fantasy VI (which is unlikely, but you never know), my second choice is “Clash of the Magi.” Which isn’t as good, but is still pretty darn good.
