    Just wondering since I’m seeing people refer to her as a boy. Also isn’t Kalluto a girl as well?

    I think she is a transgender person. She is a boy, but she thinks of herself as a girl and wants to be one. Because of this, only Killua calls her a “she.” Those who don’t care about Alluka’s feelings call her a “he.”
