For this, you’ll need to access the cheat “box” by pressing the keys SHIFT, CTRL, and the C buttons on your keyboard. 

If you’re using a Mac, cmd is the replacement for the shift. For consoles, the four triggers located on the bottom of your controller are the correct way to do this.

If the command console comes up, you’ll have to enter the word “aging” and then press enter. And you’re done! Your Sim will always be young and will never age.

If you want to switch back to the aging process, you just need to enter the word “aging” on to turn it off. Your Sim is going to continue to age naturally.

If you’re not aware, there’s an option available in The Sims 4 game’s menu to help you reverse the effects of getting older. 

To locate it, you need to open your menu and press the ESC key. In the menu, you’ll have to choose game options and then select “Gameplay” from the Gameplaytab to the left.

There you will find you can see the option to choose the Auto Age (Played Sims) and Auto Age (Unplayed Sims) options. 

If you select the Auto Age (Played Sims) option, you will be able to select the type of ageing you prefer. 

You can choose to stop ageing throughout the Sims 4 game by selecting “No”, or limit it to your active families by choosing “Only Active Household”.
