Hundred Season 2 is the sequel to the “Who’s the Best Waifu?” anime. It has yet to be confirmed

Fans have been waiting eagerly for more of their favorite characters since Season 1 finished in 2016.

Season 2 is not renewed or canceled. However, there is still hope that there will be more.

Hundred takes place in a world where “savages,” extraterrestrial creatures, pose a threat to humankind.

They can only be eradicated with the “Hundred” weapon, which is available to a few select humans.

Hayato Kisaragi is a teenage boy who happens to be one among those few. His exceptional skills led him to Little Garden, a military academy located on a battleship.

His military training is a success and he attracts the attention of the females. Kisaragi is caught in a harem and must battle the creatures that pose a direct threat.

Hundred Season 2: Release Date

Hundred Season 2

Hundred Season 2 has no release date. This is because the second season was not confirmed, canceled, or announced. A release date will never be announced.

This is the second anime series where I can confidently say that there will be no new season or release date.

This series is too skewed against it to receive any additional anime projects. Twitter and official websites have not been updated in four years.

If there’s any news or a release date for the new Hundred anime project, we will update this post.

You don’t have to give up on the possibility of a new Hundred anime season. The light novel can be started from volume 5, as the anime only covered volumes 1 and 4.

Is there a Hundred Season 2?

Hundred Season 2 is unlikely to happen. The Hundred anime wasn’t a financially profitable adaptation.

The studio that animated the Hundred anime closed in 2018 and there was no plan for a second season. The series ended in 2018, so there’s nothing to promote anymore.

Hundred failed to make any profit. There isn’t any merchandise or figures made for this series.

The latest volume of the light novels sold approximately 5,000 copies after the anime adaptation. I don’t think there is any chance of Hundred seasons 2.

Production IMS, which animated the series, filed for bankruptcy in 2018. Volume 16 marked the end for light novels. The production committee has no reason to finance another season of this series.

Season 2: What to Expect?

Season 1 is completed at volume 4 in the light novel. The light novel has 16 volumes, so there’s plenty of content left for season 2. Season 2 will begin with volume 5.

Season 1 closes with Emilia becoming a princess of the Gudenburg Empire. Hayato and Emilia can confirm their love, but they face new obstacles in their relationship.

The upcoming season will see Hayato and Emilia return to their country where Hayato was maltreated as an unwed child. Douglas Wenz is Emilia’s fiancé.
