He is perhaps our favorite sensei from the Naruto series, but Kakashi Hatake is well-known among fans and characters in the Naruto universe.
The sensei of Team 7 is one of the strongest characters in the show. He is sometimes called Kakashi of the Sharingan.
Since Kakashi is the only known character, apart from Danzo, to hold a Sharingan without the Uchiha gene, his popularity should come as no surprise.
Show viewers will recall that Kakashi received the Sharingan as a present from his buddy Obito Uchiha, who was dying.
When Obito entrusted his Sharingan to Kakashi, he did believe he was going to die, even though he was out causing mayhem, establishing the Akatsuki, destroying the Leaf Village, and killing the Fourth Hokage.
Of course, we learn later that Obito was alive and had been passing for Madara for a long time.
Obito, who was struck by a rock, offers Kakashi his left eye.
Obito offers Kakashi his left eye after having his left eye smashed by a rock.
Naturally, Kakashi, being the brilliant genius that he was, developed his left-eye skills over time.
He was said to have replicated over a thousand techniques using his Sharingan’s copying skills, earning him the moniker “Copy Ninja Kakashi.”
Kakashi eventually learns how to wield his Mangekyou Sharingan during Naruto: Shippuden and this skill serve him well throughout the Fourth Great Shinobi War.
Fans have questioned how Kakashi was able to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan in the first place, however, given that he is not an Uchiha.
Find out by reading on.
Despite Not Being an Uchiha, how did Kakashi Hatake awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan?
It’s very obvious how Kakashi didn’t awaken Mangekyou: he didn’t. That’s accurate, despite being able to employ and perfect the technique, Kakashi Hatake never awoke the Mangekyou Sharingan.
All of this dates back to Kakashi’s early years before he joined the ANBU. Kakashi worked on missions with Rin Nohara after his comrade and closest friend, Obito, passed away, sparing him from being buried beneath a huge rock.
One of these missions takes Kakashi and Rin to Kirigakure, the Village Hidden in the Mist, where Rin was forcefully transformed into the jinchuriki of the three-tailed beast, Isobu.
To breach the barrier and let Isobu cause chaos in the leaf village, Kirigakure intended to send Rin inside.
Rin implored Kakashi to kill her before that occurred since she could see no other way to solve the issue.
Kakashi declined Rin’s plea because he loved his buddies above everything else. Rin, determined to prevent the town from being destroyed, dove in front of Kakashi’s Chidori, which was intended for a Hidden Mist ninja.
As a result, Rin, one of Kakashi’s closest friends, died as a result of the potent Chidori he cast, causing the Mangekyou Sharingan to awaken
However, this talent was not awakened by Kakashi. Nobody was aware at the moment that Obito, who was still alive, had just arrived on the scene and was seeing Rin’s death at Kakashi’s hands.
Because of his love for Rin and his grief over her passing, Obito awoke the Mangekyou Sharingan, giving Kakashi the power to utilize his left eye.
When you read the term “Sharingan,” you should have known that this wouldn’t be a pleasant ending.
In any event, the Mangekyou Sharingan used by Obito and Kakashi is among the strongest of its kind.
Both eyes are equipped with “Kamui,” which, albeit in distinct ways, teleports targets to and from Kamui’s Dimension.
They learned that each eye was immune to the kamui of the other during the Fourth Shinobi World War.
Obito’s right eye has the ability to transport the user and anybody nearby when used in close-range Kamui.
On the other hand, Kakashi can utilize the left eye to perform long-range Kamui, which produces an attraction force that can lure other targets near enough to teleport them and a barrier surrounding a target that teleports them.
