Changing the odds and hunting for hours to get a creature of a different color is hard, rewarding, and very exciting.
Shiny hunting is now part of an open-world game with Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Shinies now show in the overworld, so you don’t have to fight every monster to get one.
If you eat special sandwiches and earn the Shiny Charm after you finish the Pokedex, you can change the odds.
But there are some new Shiny Pokemon that will probably become the most popular because of the way their colors look together.
If you’re going to spend hours looking for a Pokemon of a different color, you might as well find the best one.
Shiny Pokemon are popular, but they may be one of the most divided things about Pokemon.
Some people like how exciting it is to find a shiny version of their favorite Pokemon in the wild, but others don’t like how hard it can be to find them without a detailed guide.
No matter what, it’s easy to agree that the right shine can be amazing.
15. Lechonk
Iron Valiant, like Iron Bundle, is a Pokémon from the future that only appears in Pokémon Violet.
This robot Pokémon has parts of both Gardevoir and Gallade in it. In its Shiny form, it has the same unfinished look, but the shape of its body makes it stand out.
The pure silver look and the more human-like shape of Iron Valiant make him look like a robot right out of a classic sci-fi movie.
The pink accents look great against the silver body, which makes it look even more like a robot.
Materials from the game say that Iron Valiant is violent and evil, and this disturbingly clean look fits that exactly.
14. Iron Valiant
Iron Valiant is one of the best-looking Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet. It looks like a robot version of Gallade and Gardevoir.
The normal color is based on the normal colors of Gallade and Gardevoir, which are green and white with pink highlights.
Shiny Iron Valiant, on the other hand, focuses more on its modern features than on its classic ones.
It turns almost totally silver, but the pink accents on its chest and blades stay. It’s a beautiful change that doesn’t change the way it looks.
But since it’s a Paradox Pokemon, you’ll have to work hard to find this Shiny.
13. Copperajah
Copperajah’s shiny look isn’t as complicated as that of many other Pokemon, but the small change makes a big difference in how it looks.
When it is not shiny, the Steel-Type Pokemon has orange borders around its body. This changes when it is shiny.
The skin of a shiny Copperajah turns a darker shade of green, and the orange accents change to a more yellowish-gold color.
For some reason, this shiny version of Copperajah just looks like how it was always meant to look. This makes it a must-have for people who are looking for shiny things.
12. Cetitan
Cetitan is a huge Ice-Type Pokemon that is hard to find in the mountains. Its pre-evolved form, however, is much easier to find.
It can hit hard and has a lot of security, so it can take a lot of hits without getting hurt.
Because of what it is, it is almost all white and doesn’t stand out much in terms of color.
The Shiny form makes its main color a very dark grey, and the orange details on its fins make it look like it’s covered in black ice.
This gives a Pokemon that already looked cool a lot more style.
11. Klawf
In Scarlet and Violet, Klawf is one of the first new Pokemon you’ll meet, and it’s likely the first Titan you’ll face.
It looks like a rock crab and has big pincers that can climb up buildings and bite back.
Shiny Klawf changes the theme from a desert crab to a Maryland blue crab.
This is a great example of how the shiny adds an obvious color change that still makes sense for the Pokemon.
Just because of the color, many shooters will probably want to add this one to their collections.
10. Lyanroc
Lycanroc already has one of the coolest designs of all the Pokemon, but when it is shiny, it looks even better.
Lycanroc looks like a pretty normal wolf-like creature when it’s not shiny, but when it is, its fur turns blue and makes it look more like a cartoon wolf.
Changing the color of Lycanroc’s eyes also makes a big difference.
The blue fur gives Lycanroc a lot of personality, and this simple change makes the creature’s Midnight Form seem even more dangerous.
9. Toedscruel
Toedscruel is already a great design because it is a Tentacruel that has been changed so it can walk on land instead of swim.
With two types (Ground and Grass), it’s easy to see why many trainers in Scarlet and Violet brought this walking jellyfish with them.
The Shiny version is probably just as, if not more, eye-catching. Toedscruel’s head turns black with two transparent white gems on either side.
Its body and limbs have a pink-to-purple gradient, making it look like a Poison-Type and reminding us that Tentacruel was both a Water and Poison type.
8. Rellor
Pokemon has been around for a long time, so it was only a matter of time before Game Freak made a Pokemon that looks like a dung bug. Rellor is a small critter that rolls a big ball around.
Normal, it looks like the bug it’s based on and pushes around a big brown ball. The interesting part is its shiny shape, though.
Even though the bug itself doesn’t change much, the ball turns all gold, which suggests that something else has changed.
What’s more interesting is that the Shiny versions of Rellor and its evolved form, Rabsca, hint that these Pokemon might not be what you expect them to be.
7. Wooper
If you find a shiny Paldean Wooper, you might have to look at it twice because at first glance, it might not seem like much.
The Wooper from Paldean is a Poison-Type and a Ground-Type. Unlike its Johto cousin, it prefers to spend its days in the mud instead of swimming around in lakes.
Because of this, it’s almost all brown. The Shiny version, on the other hand, is the same color as the original Wooper.
It has the same light blue color and pink lips on the sides of its head. This design is so clear and yet so satisfying that you are almost certain to look for it.
6. Drifblim
Drifblim is just an odd-looking Pokemon, there’s no way around it. The Ghost-Type, Flying-Type blend kind of looks like a big weather balloon. Its purple color gives it a ghostly feel, but it’s not very pretty.
When a Drifblim gets shiny, it looks like one of the coolest Pokemon.
When Drifblim changes from purple to bright yellow and blue, it looks more dangerous and has a better design.
It doesn’t fit the types of Drifblim as well, but that doesn’t make it any less awesome.
5. Maschiff
Drifblim is just an odd-looking Pokemon, there’s no way around it. The Ghost-Type, Flying-Type blend kind of looks like a big weather balloon. Its purple color gives it a ghostly feel, but it’s not very pretty.
When a Drifblim gets shiny, it looks like one of the coolest Pokemon. When Drifblim changes from purple to bright yellow and blue, it looks more dangerous and has a better design.
It doesn’t fit the types of Drifblim as well, but that doesn’t make it any less awesome.
4. Florges
Maschiff is a dog Pokemon that is a Dark type and can be found in Scarlet and Violet.
Its evolution, Mabosstiff, is more important to the story of the games. Maschiff, on the other hand, is a bright red with yellow highlights, which is very different from its evolution.
Its colors get closer to those of its fully evolved form as it grows. Its deep grays and blues give a nice hint of what it will become.
Maschiff doesn’t have a Shiny that matches the colors of Mabosstiff, so it might not be worth it to evolve a Shiny Maschiff if you catch one.
3. Revavroom
Florges is another Pokemon with a great base design. It’s hard to think how the team behind Pokemon could improve on the design, but they might have done so with Florges’s shiny form.
A simple change to a color scheme based on purple gives shiny Florges a new look.
Even though it’s still a cute Fairy-Type Pokemon, the purple parts that used to look like plants make it look a little more mysterious and scary.
Purple plants look more like something from science fiction than Pokemon, so Florges almost looks like an alien.
2. Dondozo
You’ll see Revavroom a lot because Team Star uses them to power their huge Starmobiles, and you have to beat five bosses before the game ends.
When you finally find a wild Revavroom, you’ll see that it’s not as easy to spot as Team Star would have you think.
Based on a car, the engine is silver and the wheels are black. Shiny Revavroom changes the color of the engine to gold without changing the wheels.
It looks like an old gold car from the past, which makes it one of the most-wanted Shinies.
1. Salazzle
The original Salazzle, which has both poison and fire types, already looks great.
The black body with pinkish-red details works well for its type, but the shiny form, in which most of the black is replaced by white, still fits the creature’s look.
Salazzle has a sleek design, and its different colors almost make it feel like a king or queen.
Most people probably like this shiny design so much that they wouldn’t mind if it was added to the series as an easy color swap for the base version.
