How Can I Obtain The Shiny Charm?
In order to obtain the Shiny Charm, players must fully complete the Paldea Pokedex, which requires playing through the main game as well as the post-game content.
It is important to capture every Pokemon in Paldea. Once you have caught them all, make sure to visit the Biology Lab at the Naranja/Uva Academy and have a conversation with Professor Jacq.
He will assess your Pokedex completion one final time and grant you the Shiny Charm as a reward if you have successfully captured every Pokemon.
