Make the most of these dead drops so that you don’t end up losing your goods!
At times, while exploring through DMZ, we may come across situations where we’re left without our trusty weapon, and that can be quite challenging.
But don’t worry, because with Dead Drops, we can solve this issue by spending a little money.
So, keeping in mind the interests of gamers, I’m curious to know the locations of all the DMZ Dead Drops.
All DMZ Dead Drop Locations
Dead Drops provide a secure way for collecting items and cash without the need to go to a public exfil and potentially lose all the valuable loot you’ve gathered.
Remember that the items you deposit into the Dead Drop won’t be saved, but instead, they’ll be converted into cash to decrease the cooldown time for your insured weapon.
Dead Drops can be found at six different spots in Al Mazrah, four on Ashika Island, and four in various parts of Vondel now.
Beginning with Al Mazrah, we shall describe the locations of each drop, making note of their positions on the Tac Map grid.
All Dead-Drop Locations in Al Mazrah
Al Mazrah has six Dead Drops, but it’s worth noting that they are concentrated in the central and lower-middle sections of the map.
The City, Airport, Rohan Oil, Sawah Village, and many other places are seriously lacking in options for you to spend your hard-earned cash and upgrade your gear.
Dead Drop locations can vary from season to season, so it’s important to check back regularly to avoid wasting your time.

Finding the Zarqwa Hydroelectric Dead Drop is a piece of cake for a seasoned player.
Just go behind the small gas station and you’ll find it waiting for you.
Northeast of Zaya Observatory (F5)
Zaya Observatory is a massive area, but if you focus on the Northeast, this task will be a piece of cake.
The Dead Drop is situated smoothly in the midst of a trio of buildings.
Go to the spot where all three meet up in an alley and you’ll come across the dumpster you’re after.
Al Sharim Pass (G6)
Finding your way through Al Sharim Pass can be quite challenging due to the presence of heavily armored bots that often patrol the area.
Proceed with caution as you approach.
The Dead Drop can be found behind the southernmost building located at the highest point of the mountain.
Ahkdar Village (F6)
Ahkdar Village is filled with enemy AI and heavily armored foes who are eager to eliminate you and your teammates.
Be cautious as you make your way to the center bazaar, for that is where the Dead Drop is concealed.

The last Dead Drop for Al Mazrah is located on the East side of Al Bagra Fortress.
The dumpsters can be found at the rear of the few houses that border the island.
All Dead Drop Locations in Ashika Island
Ashika Island offers four convenient Dead Drop locations, with three easily accessible on the surface and the fourth hidden in the underground service tunnels.
Just like a gamer, the dumpsters are evenly spread throughout the island, ensuring that you’re always just a stone’s throw away from at least one.
There are four dead-drop locations on Ashika Island.
There are three locations on the island’s surface, and another one can be found underground in the service tunnels and dock.
Ashika Island Residences (G3)
In the northernmost section of Ashika Island, you’ll find two houses situated by the road.
The house to the east will feature a mesh fence, perfect for those who appreciate a certain level of strategic planning and tactical manoeuvring.
Located in the corner of the fence towards the center of G3, you’ll discover this intriguing dead drop.
Take caution when approaching the center of the island.
It’s advisable to use a car on the road for a safer approach.
Ashika Island Underground Docks (G5)
This Dead Drop on Ashika Island is notorious for being incredibly challenging to reach, thanks to its hidden location deep underground.
There are ways to access the underground tunnels along the coastline or at the docks.
Locating the open canals and inlets is a breeze, and once you’ve discovered them, it’s simply a matter of navigating through the tunnels that lead to Tsuki Castle.
Just a heads up: the tunnels are packed with some seriously tough enemies.
They’re heavily armored and ready to put up a fight.
Ashika Island Beach Club (E6)
Coming in straight from the west coast and just north of the Beach Club, there will be a gas station.
Located at the back of the station, overlooking the sea, you’ll discover this hidden drop-off point.
For optimal strategy, it’s recommended to approach this dumpster from the north or south. The center of the map tends to be a hot spot for enemy operators.
Ashika Island Town Center
The dead drop can be found northeast of the Town Center, right at the border of E5 and E4.
Go across the road from the gas station and make your way behind the small building. There, you’ll discover a shop, a workbench, and a dead-drop dumpster.

The ideal way to access the zoo is through the southwest entrance, conveniently located just off the main road.
Vondel Fire Department (B5)
The Dead Drop can be found northeast of the Fire Department POI.
It’s located outside the last building in the complex and can be easily spotted next to some graffiti.
The level of enemy contact is quite low, so you shouldn’t encounter too much difficulty with the enemy bots.
Vondel Museum (H6)
The Museum dead drop can be located at the southeasternmost corner of the Museum, facing east. However, it is not situated at ground level.
Beneath the museum lies the underground parking lot, which can be reached through the museum’s atrium or the road entrance.
The dead drop can be found in the parking lot, close to the entrance stairwell.

The university’s secret location can be found at the intersection of G3 and F3, tucked away in the farthest corner of the main university complex.
Just across the parking lot, there’s a gas station with a white dumpster against its back wall.
