First, she shares with you the story about the cave that she accidentally discovered while chasing a white bird she came across perched on the temporary shadow of Vah Medoh in the morning.

Step-by-Step Guide

Although the Guidance is rather simple, the White Bird’s task can become tough if players have no experience with opening the vast world of Tears of the Kingdom. Follow these steps to complete the quest:

1. Starting the Quest

The beginning of the quest starts near the Rito Village; to find it, you must first speak to a particular NPC, Larissa. She said she once saw a white bird flying and she believes that this corresponds to a shrine.

Your next mission is to follow this bird, which is the only clue you get from her to locate the shrine.

The bird will take you to the general area of the Wao-Os Shrine which is located inside a cave.

3. Locating West Lake Totori Cave

The white bird takes you to a cave situated to the west of Lake Totori. When inside the cave, there will be things that will need to be discovered so movements must be cautious.

There are sundry enemies and hindrances, so be sure armed with various weapons and have the potions/ammo. Continue to walk along the cave until a new bigger area is found, where the shrine is situated.
