The second season of Tonikawa: Over the Moon for You will air in 2023.
Season 2 of Tonikawa has not yet been given a concrete premiere date.
Already in November of 2021, it was reported that Tonikawa: Over the Moon for You would be returning for a second season.
The news of the 2023 debut was accompanied by a teaser video and an adorable key visual.
Nasa and Tsukasa’s teaser shows them living happily together as a married couple. The production team has posted a teaser PV on Warner Bros. Japan Anime YouTube account.
Originally a manga series by Kenjiro Hata, TONIKAWA: Over The Moon for You follows high school boy Nasa Yuzaki, who falls in love with a beautiful girl named Tsukasa after she saves him from a car accident. When he asks her out, she agrees on one condition: they have to get married first.
Special Episode of Tonikawa’s “Over the Moon For You” Uniform
As of September 2022, it has been confirmed that the Tonikawa: Over the Moon for You Uniform Special Episode will premiere in Japan on November 22 of that same year. The episode will be available on Crunchyroll.
Unfortunately, the special episode will not be shown until the fall. This was previewed for the first time ever at Crunchyroll Expo 2022.

Tonikaku Kawaii, also known as Fly Me to the Moon, is a manga series written and illustrated by Kenjiro Hata, which serves as inspiration for the Tonikawa: Over The Moon For You anime.
Weekly Shonen Sunday, a publication by Shogakukan, is serialising the manga. Twenty-one tankobon volumes collecting its chapters have been released thus far.
The manga series will be translated and published in English by Viz. There are currently 14 books in the series. The fifteenth volume of the Fly Me to the Moon manga is scheduled for publication on January 10, 2023.
