10 Tailed Beasts of Naruto Ranked

Tailed Beasts of Naruto

The tailed beasts have been the most fearsome creatures in Naruto Universe.

Many fans are familiar with Nine-Tails.

But what about the rest?

This comprehensive guide will give you information about all the tailed Naruto beasts.

Naruto revolves around several prominent villages of ninjas, each with its own weapon of mass destruction: a bijuu, which is a tailless beast that lives inside a special shinobi called the jinchuuriki.

While the Naruto x Nine Tails couple may have had the greatest impact on the series, the other characters have just as much power and originality.

Let’s take a look at the beautiful bijuu found in the Naruto Shippuuden series.

10. Shukaku (One-Tail)

All Jinchuuriki: Bunpuku → Gaara

Appearance: A tanuki-like creature with strange markings all over his body.

It was originally believed that this spirit was the revengeful spirit of an old monk who was sealed in a tea kettle.

This beast was the first to be given its name.

The One Tail hosts often experience insomnia and dark circles around the eyes.

They may also become emotionally unstable.

This beast looks like it is made up of mounds and tails of sand.

It can control many elemental chakras such as wind, earth and air.

It can either use them offensively by spewing projectiles or defensively by covering its body in a thick layer of sand.

He calls himself ore ore-sama.

Gama-kichi says that his personality is warlike and “funky”.

This beast is a rival to Kurama, the Nine tails.

He calls them “stupid Fox” because Shukaku believes that the number and strength of the tails determine how powerful the beasts are.

He hated almost all humans but Bunpuku liked him because he treated Bunpuku with respect and never blamed him. Gaara also begins to warm up to Shukaku.

Gaara was the only tailless beast to not have given Naruto some of his chakras when he was sealed in the Six Paths of Pain.

9. Matatabi (Two-Tails)

Jinchuuriki: Yugito Nii

Appearance: a cat-like monster with blue flames and multi-coloured eyes

Matatabi, like Shukaku, was initially thought to be a vengeful spirit.

It can move at a tremendous speed and can lend and use the Fire Release ability.

This beast , despite its speed, is very refined and polite.

It refers to itself as Watashi (a more feminine, courteous term).

Hidan and Kakuzu took Matatabi from Yugito and sealed it into the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.

Yugito is killed after being separated from her tail beast.

8. Isobu (Three-Tails)

Jinchuuriki: Rin Nohara → Yagura

Appearance: resembles a large turtle with a spiky, crablike shell, three shrimplike tails, as well as hands with opposable thumbs

Isobu is Boku. This refers to itself in a smaller, more humble way.

Isobu can swim and roll at high speeds despite its size.

It can control Water Release and release a hallucinogenic fog.

The beast’s almost impenetrable armour is only its weakness: its eyes.

Isobu met Rin Nohara, Kakashi’s comrade, as a jinchuuriki.

The Hidden Mist Village plotted to destroy Hidden Leaf Village.

To do this, they sealed Isobu in Rin.

Rin decides to take her own life with Kakashi’s help, and Isobu is sealed within Yagura who forms a partnership.

7. Son Goku (Four-Tails)

Jinchuuriki: Roushi

Appearance: A red-furred gorilla, with a circlet similar to the Son Gokuu, is a Chinese story. It also has two long tips from its top jaw and a mouth that can spit out lava.

Son Gokuu doesn’t like being called “Four-Tails” and is proud of his namesake, Son Gokuu King of the Sage Monkeys. He uses Ore To refer to him.

Son Gokuu is a hateful person, but he tends to be respectful of bijuu who treat him with respect.

He is respectful of his fellow tailed beasts.

He appears to be very knowledgeable about taijutsu, as well as Fire (combined for Lava) Releases.

Although he initially appears belligerent, he soon warms up to Naruto, after speaking to him and learning that he is a simple, good person.

He gives Naruto some chakra.

6. Kokuo (Five-Tails)

Jinchuuriki: Han

Appearance: It has a dolphin’s head and horns, a white horse body and blue-green eyes that are rimmed in red.
Kokuou, although proud and a strong fighter, is reserved and doesn’t speak much. He refers to himself using the polite, old-fashioned way. Watakushi.

This bijuu uses Boil Release because it combines Water and Fire.

Kokuou can increase the heat in its chakra, giving it or its jinchuuriki huge bursts and power.

Kokuou was Tobi’s only tail-eating beast that could at least temporarily escape.

It will isolate itself in the forest after the war to avoid further conflict.

5. Saiken (Six-Tails)

Jinchuuriki: Utakata

Appearance: A slimy, white slug with six tentacle-like tails.

Saiken is a term for itself. Ore also speaks with a Kansai accent.

Although not much information is available, it seems very kind.

This beast is capable of releasing sticky slime and corrosive gases during combat.

Harusame, Utakata’s teacher, is killed by Saiken after Harusame attempts to remove Saiken from Utakata’s body to save Utakata.

This would have resulted in the death of both Saiken as well as Utakata.

After Saiken is taken from Utakata by the Akatsuki, Utakata succumbs to his injuries.

4. Chomei (Seven-Tails)

Jinchuuriki: Fuu

Appearance: Six wing-like tails and one insect tail on a gigantic beetle.

Choumei appears to be quite cheerful and refers to himself as “Lucky Seven”.

Its attacks are insect-based and can fly, bite and create cocoons out of chakra absorbing thread.

After being kidnapped and taken by Hidan, Kakuzu, this bijuu was taken from Fuu’s jinchuuriki.

3. Gyuki (Eight-Tails)

All Jinchuuriki: Blue B (Fukai) → Killer Bee

Appearance: The front half of a monstrous bull and the lower body a savage octopus
Gyuuki is a wild personality and refers to herself as Ore.

It was transferred to several hosts before it finally found Killer Bee.

Before being friendly with B, Gyuuki was dangerous to humans and had gone on numerous rampages before becoming friends.

Despite their squabbling, Gyuuki was able to get along with Bee very well to the point that Gyuuki gave Bee a piece of his body to save Bee.

Gyuuki doesn’t hesitate to express his opinions and tells Killer Bee what he thinks.

Both its left and right horns are broken during battle, one to A and one to Ten-Tails.

It is believed to be the second most powerful tailed animal.

It can fire multiple Tailed Beast Balls at once and has immense physical strength.

Gyuuki can even push the ten-tails beast ball back into itself.

Its chakra regenerates rapidly.

When his tentacles are removed, they grow back.

The discarded parts can be used to receive chakras. He can also produce blinding ink, just like his octopus-like lower half.

2. Kurama (Nine-Tails)

All Jinchuuriki: Mito Uzumaki → Kushina Uzumaki → Naruto Uzumaki

Appearance: A red, nine-tailed, fox of enormous size. When it was divided into two, the smaller Kurama’s were roughly equal in size to other tailed beasts.

Beasts is one of the most well-known of all the tailed beasts.

Kurama was initially thought to be a divine disaster that attacked evil-attracted places.

Kurama tried to overthrow the Hidden Leaf using Uchiha Madara’s power, but he was defeated and Kurama was sealed in Uzumaki Mito.

It is clever and cynical and believes it to be the strongest because it has the most tails.

This caused a rift with One-Tail.

It calls itself washi, an older term that is more common among elderly men.

While it was a problem for Naruto throughout his childhood, they eventually learned to trust one another and to depend on each other to the point that Naruto gives Kurama complete control over his body.

Kurama was divided into two halves due to its excessive power.

At birth, only the Yang half of Kurama was sealed in Naruto.

However, Kurama’s Yin portion was returned to Naruto following the Fourth Shinobi World War.

Kurama has the highest chakra reserves of all the tailed beasts. It is capable of using Fire and Wind Release and can create tailed beast balls that are many times larger than its own. It is strong and fast and can fight against five other tailed beasts simultaneously.

Kurama can detect negativity… It can sense negative emotions, which is why it is so cynical.

Naruto’s appearance changes as each tail grows, which is a sign of Kurama’s increased control over his body.

Tails 0-3 Nails and fangs increase, the irises turn red and catlike, red chakra covers his body, and chakra tails appear as well

4 Tails: The chakra begins to burn Naruto’s skin

6 Tails: A skeleton begins to appear around Naruto along with the chakra

8 Tails: Kurama’s skinless form

The Tailed Beast Mode cannot be used if the Tailed Beast Mode has not been used. This will result in Naruto’s death.

1. Juubi (Ten-Tails)

Alternative Names: One-Eyed God Deidarabotchi Datara

All Jinchuuriki: Hagoromo Ootsutsuki (Rikudou Sennin) → Obito Uchiha → Madara Uchiha

Appearance: It is larger than all the tailed beasts, and it comes in many forms. However, its main feature is one large eye.

The original Tailed Beast, from which the nine other split.

Because it is Kaguya Ootsuki and Shinju combined, the Ten-Tails does not feel emotions.

It is immeasurably powerful and can destroy entire countries.

Kurama, a generally arrogant person, acknowledged that it couldn’t defeat Ten-Tails by itself.

Ten-tails is defeated by Naruto and his nine-tailed companions.

Here’s a fun and easy way to remember the names of the jinchuuriki or tailed beasts.

You’ll be able to learn the names of the jinchuuriki and tailed beasts in no time if you listen to the Naruto Shippuden anime song.
