Season 2 of Magi: Adventure of Sinbad has yet to be renewed. Since the show ended in 2016, the chance of season 2 being renewed is decreasing.

Season 2 is to be released in 2022, which may have either 12 or 24 episodes based on the volume that it can cover, but it is not likely to happen.
