The ongoing tensions between Shadow Company and Al Qatala continue to escalate throughout Seasons 2 and 3 of Warzone 2 DMZ.
While progressing through the Black Mous faction, you’ll have the opportunity to collect valuable intel and loot from various military groups in Al Mazrah and Ashika Island.
Such is the case with the mission: Medical Diagnosis, which has a striking resemblance to Paperweights.
Medical Diagnosis is the Tier 3 Story Mission for the Black Mous faction and involves completing a single objective.
In order to successfully complete the Medical Diagnosis task, you will need to locate and retrieve the 3 Medical Documents from the hospitals in Al Mazrah.
This will need to be done in a single deployment. By completing this task, you will receive the Macroburst operator skin, 20,000 XP, and Tier 4 of the Black Mous faction as a friendly reward.
Locating The Medical Documents At Al Mazrah City Hospital For Medical Diagnosis
Prior to your visit to each hospital location, we highly suggest obtaining a Stronghold Keycard. It’s worth noting that each of the locations you’ll need to visit has a slim possibility of being a Stronghold.
Now that we’ve got that covered, you can find the first set of Medical Documents at the Al Mazrah City Hospital.
It’s situated in the southern part of Al Mazrah City, right across from a petrol station.
When you arrive at the hospital, just head up to the second floor.
The Medical Documents can be easily located on a shelving unit conveniently placed near one of the entrances to the medical rooms.
Locating the Train Depot Hospital Medical Documents
There is another hospital that you should look for, which can be found near the train depot, situated between Al-Safwa Quarry and Rohan Oil.
Similar to previous instances, there is a slight possibility that this building may serve as a Stronghold.
However, gaining access should be effortless with a Stronghold Keycard.
When you arrive at the hospital, just make your way back up to the second floor.
The Medical Documents can be found on a hospital bed in one of the medical rooms, specifically on the far left-hand side of the hospital.
Locating the Medical Documents at Sawah Village Hospital
The third and final set of Medical Documents can be found at the southernmost part of the map in the Sawah Village Hospital.
This area can be quite challenging as it is home to a significant number of Al Qatala soldiers and there is also a possibility of the radiation zone affecting this location.
The Medical Documents you are searching for can be found on the lower level of the hospital, resting on a stack of wooden boxes.
After obtaining all three Medical Documents, ensure a successful exfiltration to complete the Medical Diagnosis Faction Mission.
If you’re unable to locate the Medical Documents in the mentioned locations, it’s possible that someone may have taken them.
If the player in possession of the items is not located and dealt with, you will need to attempt again in a separate deployment.
