Hello gamers! Today, we will explore the process of unlocking the M13C and enhancing its performance through a comprehensive guide.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 features a wide range of different weapons, each with their own characteristics such as how quickly they can eliminate enemies, how much they kick back when fired, how easy they are to move around with, and more.
Changing the type of ammunition can completely alter the way different weapons within the same family feel. The M13C is an impressive weapon, serving as the powerful version of the M13B.
When comparing the M13B to the M13C, it’s important to note that the M13C fires .300 Blackout rounds. These rounds are slower than the 5.56 NATO, but they have the advantage of being subsonic.
This means that they don’t produce a loud sonic boom when fired, making it harder for enemies to detect your presence. It packs a much stronger punch compared to the M13B, but as a trade-off, it has noticeably higher recoil.
If you want to unlock this weapon and its mastery camos, you’ll definitely need some top-notch builds to make this weapon truly shine.
How To Unlock The M13C
Interestingly, the M13C does not have an unlock challenge linked to it. If you happened to miss out on the Shadow Siege event, you’ll just have to play DMZ in order to unlock this awesome weapon!By extracting from the DMZ with the M13C,

you’ll be able to use it in both multiplayer and Warzone. It’s a great way to expand your options and make the most out of your gameplay experience.
If you happen to come across someone who possesses this weapon, they can easily give it to you right at the beginning of a DMZ match.
In addition to the DMZ, another option to access the M13C is by buying a store bundle that includes an M13C blueprint.
When you pre-order Modern Warfare 3, you’ll get an awesome bonus – a blueprint for the M13C that can be used in both multiplayer and Warzone. It’s a great way to enhance your gaming experience and have an edge over your opponents.

Underbarrel | Commando Foregrip | Tune for ADS speed and aim walking speed |
Rear Grip | D37 Grip | Tune for ADS and sprint to fire speeds |
Stock | TRX-56 Stock | Tune for ADS speed and aim walking speed |
This build addresses the M13C’s challenge of landing accurate shots at longer distances while still maintaining its impressive mobility.
The VLK LZR 7mw significantly improves the weapon’s aiming stability and ADS stats, making it much easier to aim and shoot accurately.
To counteract the strong leftward recoil of this weapon after firing three shots, we employ the Komodo Heavy muzzle to minimise the horizontal recoil.
To minimise recoil, we can attach the Commando Foregrip, D37 Grip, and TRX-56 Stock to this weapon.
Placing a generous number of recoil attachments on a weapon may appear excessive, but it greatly enhances the M13C’s ability to consistently hit upper torso and headshots at medium range.
When it comes to longer distances, the weapon’s bullet velocity of 300 m/s isn’t the best. Unfortunately, there’s not much that can be done about it because it fires subsonic ammunition.
For the best outcomes, it’s recommended to focus on engaging in mid-range gunfights when using this weapon.

The M13C’s low bullet velocity limits its effectiveness in Warzone, making it a less desirable option.
However, if you’re looking to achieve longshot kills and unlock the Platinum mastery camo for most weapons, using a long-range version of this gun could be beneficial.
If you want to achieve Platinum status on this weapon, we suggest using the XTEN Angel-40 optic.
This will provide you with real-time data on the distance between you and your enemies. If the target is more than 38 metres away, your kill will be considered a longshot.
All other attachments and tuning configurations are designed to enhance the weapon’s precision when shooting from a distance.
The Komodo Heavy muzzle is incredibly effective at minimising the horizontal recoil of this weapon, making it much easier to handle. We utilise the FTAC Ripper 56, D37 Grip, and TRX-56 Stock to significantly decrease the weapon’s recoil and enhance its aiming stability.
This makes it much easier to handle and aim with precision. This weapon is specifically designed to help you control recoil, ensuring that your shots are accurate even at distances of 40+ metres.
With its precision, you’ll be able to confidently land upper torso shots and swiftly eliminate enemies, making it perfect for completing your Platinum longshot challenge.
If you’re willing to sacrifice an optic, you have the option to replace the XTEN Angel-40 sight with a longer barrel. This will boost the bullet velocity of the weapon.

So, if you want to stay one step ahead of your opponents, Tactical Insertions are a must-have in your loadout. Running Ghost with Cold-Blooded is a smart move if you want to steer clear of enemy killstreaks, especially UAVs.
