How Did Nagato Get Two Rinnegan

One of the most recognizable villains in Naruto is Nagato. Everything about him, from his past to his renowned battle with Naruto to how things turned out for him in the end, is beautiful.

Because of this, Pain’s attack on Konoha is unquestionably one of the best Naruto tale arcs.

Nagato’s Rinnegan eye is without a doubt one of his most distinctive traits. The mythological Sage of the Six Paths himself is credited with creating the water ripple pattern in his eyes.

He became one of the world’s strongest shinobi thanks to that power. The majority of Naruto’s eye maneuvers (dojutsu), however, are passed down through a particular lineage, such as Byakugan from the Hyuga clan or Sharingan from the Uchiha clan.

Does this imply that Nagato has a unique bloodline? Otherwise, how did he acquire the Rinnegan?

A Synopsis of Rinnegan’s History

As was previously mentioned, the Sage of the Six Path himself was the first person to employ Rinnegan.

He was essentially the first shinobi because no other human had ever been able to freely manipulate their chakra and shape it into a variety of ninjutsu.

The powers of the Sage of the Six Path were shared between his two sons, Indra and Asura.

His knowledge and might went to Asura, while his ninjutsu abilities and sharingan eye technique went to Indra.

Along the way, Indra and Asura found themselves engaged in a lifelong battle against one another. Unfortunately, their ancestors likewise carried on that civil war and hostility.

Asura’s offspring became the Senju and then the Uzumaki, while Indra’s lineage eventually gave rise to the Uchiha.

The Rinnegan and Madara Uchiha

Madara had a lifelong obsession with having more power than everyone else, and he explored a wide range of options to do so.

Naturally, he was able to learn the reality of his sharingan. He discovered his ancestry and at last discovered the Rinnegan’s secret.

He was aware that the current form of Sharingan was created as a result of the Sage of the Six Path dividing his power between his two sons.

This implies that Madara must merge the two halves of the legendary Sage’s strength in order to obtain the Rinnegan. All he required was the cell of a Senju because he already had a Sharingan.

Madara was able to get a mouthful of Hashirama’s flesh during their final battles. Finally, he united the cells of the two clans after transplanting the flesh into his body.

However, Madara’s sharingan didn’t fully awaken into the Rinnegan until many years later, when he was approaching death.

How does Nagato obtain the Rinnegan?

Madara was the only person in recorded history at the time who succeeded in reawakening the Rinnegan.

Unfortunately, his aging and feeble body were no longer able to harness his newly discovered power.

So he made the decision to donate his Rinnegan to someone else who has the ability to see with their eyes.

Additionally, he bequeathed his estate to someone who would someday use the strength of the developed Rinnegan to bring him back to life.

A little kid from Amegakure, a small warring nation, is the recipient that Madara selected to receive his priceless Rinnegan. Nagato is his name.

Simply because Nagato is a member of the Uzumaki clan, Madara chose him. He is therefore the ideal container for the Rinnegan because he shares the same intrinsic physical abilities as the Senju.

The youngster from Konohagakure who also happens to be a member of the Uchiha clan, Obito Uchiha, is the one that Madara felt appropriate to inherit his will and his vast scheme.

Obito was given a mission by Madara to watch Nagato and, if necessary, to intervene and direct him to follow Madara’s plan.

How Nagato Acquired Rinnegan Mastery

Despite Madara’s elaborate plan for Nagato, the youthful Nagato only came across the mysterious Jiraiya, one of the three legendary shinobi from Konoha, by accident.

Jiraiya spent years imparting ninjutsu and other shinobi skills to Nagato, Yahiko, and their two companions, Konan and Konan.

He placed a particular emphasis on assisting Nagato in developing the power of his eyes.

Unfortunately, once Jiraiya and Nagato split up, they were compelled to fight in numerous brutal conflicts and even wars in the name of their nation.

At this point, Nagato began to regard the world with cynicism, but Obito is still unable to convince Nagato to follow him.

Jiraiya’s knowledge and lessons are still very much alive in his heart.

When Nagato lost his close buddy Yahiko, he reached his breaking point. That is when Obito’s beautiful whisper of retribution and revolution finally made it into his consciousness.

The rebirth ninjutsu, Rinne Tensei, and other sages of the Six Path secrets were revealed to Nagato as Obito started to train him.

This is the method Nagato is intended to employ to bring Madara back to life.

These are essentially the explanations for Nagato’s possession of a Rinnegan and how Madara utilized him throughout his existence.

Nagato, despite his terrible life, was unquestionably a fearsome shinobi who could harness the entire force of the Rinnegan, which is why he was able to take down Konoha and all of its formidable shinobi on his own.

Without a doubt, he was the ideal candidate for the Rinnegan.
