In those dark places, all kinds of terrifying monsters hide. This list has been out for a while, so now is a great time to add another fifteen scary anime to your list.

After all, you can never watch enough good horror anime to get through Halloween.

In these different series, ghoulish vampires drain the blood of their victims, animal-like demons wear human skins, and mysterious beings drive people crazy and kill them.

15. Hellsing: Ultimate

In Hellsing, the main character is a vampire named Alucard. He is forced to work for the English government and hunt down supernatural threats, such as other vampires, murderous priests, or armies of undead Nazis.

In one of the most famous scenes, clouds pass over the blood-red moon as Alucard’s body is smashed to pieces.
