Haganai”I Don’t Have Many Friends (also known as Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai is an anime from the fall of 2011 which concluded its season in March of 2013 after the second season. 

Haganai also has two OVAs as well as the television series. The show was hugely successful and, as such, the fans are eagerly awaiting Season 3 to air shortly.

Haganai”I Don’t Have Many Friends is a comedy, slice-of-life, and ecchi-based anime that is adapted from the light novel with the same title. The series was developed through AIC Build under the direction of Hisashi Saito.

Kodaka Hasegawa is thrilled to discover that he will be transferring from his former school to a brand new one and hopes for a new beginning. As a shy person, he doesn’t have any friends. He will do everything he can to establish a space for himself.

However, he’s soon classified as a delinquent due to his blonde hair and his stern face. After being rejected by his peers, Kodoka decides to form his own club, the Neighbor’s Club for those who are like his.

Yozora Another outcast classmate is also a part of Kodaka in his mission and eventually becomes one of the club’s founding members.

As more bizarre, awkward social colleagues will join them, Kodoka might finally be in a position to find an appropriate new home for himself.

Haganai Season 3 Release Date

Haganai”I don’t have many Friends has yet to be renewed for the third season. The show is likely to premiere in 2022 or later. The light novel originally has 11 volumes, of which eight have been turned into anime.

The likelihood for a Haganai Season 3 is slim because of the absence of adequate source material the fact that Season 2 aired back in 2013. Yet, Season 3 hasn’t exactly been canceled, and we’re still hopeful for a sequel.

What to Expect From Season 3?

The third season of Haganai would be a rewrite of volumes 9-11 of the light novel originally written. Because the novel is completed, Season 3 would most likely be the last.

In the second season, people who belong to the Neighbor’s Club became closer. They went to the amusement park as well as played games and also celebrated birthdays. 

Their biggest challenge was the school carnival that was the catalyst for changing their relationship.

In the end, Kodaka gets invited to be a member of the student council However, he refuses to turn his back.
