Genshin Impact Teapot: How to Use the Serenitea Pot?

The Serenitea Pot’s instructions are here.

The 1.5 update brought with it a new housing mechanic for Genshin Impact, as well as new characters, a slew of new events, and a few new hangout activities for Genshin Impact players.

However, it’s the Serenitea Pot, the game’s housing system, that’s drawing the most attention from players.

There is a charming teapot spirit called Tubby and an entire realm that you can create to your heart’s content inside of this wonderful floating teapot.

With this teapot in your possession, you may call it up whenever you want and take a break from the action wherever you please.

Your Trust Rank and Adeptal Energy increase as you unlock and build new furnishings and install them in your realm, and you gain more currency to spend on new blueprints and furnishings.

It is expected that the teapot housing concept will be further developed by Mihoyo throughout the course of future game updates, with the introduction of new mechanics.

How to unlock the Genshin Impact Teapot?

At Adventure Rank 35, you must have finished Chapter I: Act III: “A New Star Approaches” of the Archon Quest. Complete the “A Teapot to Call Home” quest.

After navigating to your Inventory and selecting Gadgets, you summon the Serenitea Pot and interact with it to enter the realm.

In order to escape the realm, either use the teapot or teleport to another location on the world map.

Teapot Layouts

When you initially enter the Serenitea Pot realm, you have the option of selecting one of three settings:

  1. Cool Isle is a water-bound island.
  2. In the clouds, Emerald Summit is a mountain peak.
  3. In the sky, a cluster of islands floats above the ground.

Teapot Trust Rank

Tubby, the tea spirit, can help you improve your Trust Rank as you adorn your domain.

Make a new furnishing for the first time to raise your Serenitea Pot Trust Rank.

Other sections of the realm and eventually the other two realm layouts become available to you as your Trust Ranks rise.

How to craft furniture?

Over 200 buildings and features are available for you to use in your realm when the game was released.

If you want to make them, you’ll need Furnishing Blueprints that can be obtained by boosting your Trust Rank and participating in events.

Gathering materials is the next step after receiving your Furnishing Blueprints.

Trees and plants provide resources, as well as the spirit of the teapot, which may be used to manufacture cloth and dye.

If you’d like to make red dye instead of using Sunsettias, you can change them out for carrots in the creation menu.

Create your furniture by conversing with spirit once you’ve gathered all the necessary components.

The Realm Depot and the Teapot Traveling Salesman also sell furnishing blueprints, materials, and furnishings.

Genshin Impact Teapot Load Limit

Depending on how taxing it is to render, each item of furniture has a load value assigned by the game engine.

Mihoyo has placed a load limit on your realm, which is indicated by a green, amber, or red light at the top of your screen in the build menu.

Check out Inkplane’s Inkplane Genshin Impact furniture data tool to see how much your furniture is weighing down your world.

How to Collect Wood?

Cut down trees in Teyvat to get wood, the wood will be put to your inventory automatically.

Depending on the sort of tree you cut down, you will receive different types of wood.

How to Place Furniture?

When you click the furnishings button, you’ll be sent to a screen where you can place your furniture.

Realm Currency

The Jar of Riches of the teapot spirit contains realm currency.

Don’t forget to empty the jar before the storage cap is reached.

Buying uncommon things from Tubby will cost you Trust Rank, which you can earn by completing quests.

Adeptal Energy

The amount of Adeptal Energy a realm has is based on the number of furnishings that have been placed there.

You may boost your Adeptal Power by simply adding additional furniture.

Increased Adeptal Energy and Trust Rank allow you to accumulate more Realm Currency and boost the Jar of Riches storage limit.

Teapot Traveling Salesman

Every weekend, the Traveling Salesman will make a stop in your area, bringing with him a selection of unusual goods.

It’s also possible to trade with Traveling Salesman in the realms of your pals.

These salesmen will have a variety of goods to offer.

The products you can buy from the salesman change as your Trust Rank rises.

How To Visit Serenitea Pots?

Everyone’s Serenitea Pot is open to you if you’re a buddy, no matter what their World Level is.

Select ‘Request to visit Serenitea Pot’ from the ‘My Friends’ menu by clicking on their avatar.

If you use the map interface, you have the option of automatically accepting or rejecting requests from others to enter your realm, or requiring approval, for access to your own Serenitea Pot.

It is possible to speed up the construction of furniture by engaging with Tubby once a day while in someone else’s Serenitea Pot.

Teapot Realm Dispatch

You can now use the Realm Dispatch item to deposit your companions in the Serenitea Pot, thanks to the 1.6 release.

This item may be unlocked by chatting to Tubby and completing the quest Idle Teapot Talk.

In design mode, you’ll see a new ‘companion’ tab once you’ve obtained this item.

The Serenitea Pot can now be used to house characters.

Companionship experience is generated while they are in the pot, and the quantity depends on your Adeptal Energy rank.

Teapot Furnishing Sets

If you place their favourite furniture sets, you can get gifts from your friends in return.

Teapot Fish

In the Pool of Sapphire Grace, you can now keep ornamental fish in your Serenitea Pot.

Jiawei in Liyue sells the blueprint for the Pool of Sapphire Grace for 10 Medaka fish.

That’s all we know about the Serenitea Pot at the moment, but we’ll keep you updated as soon as we get additional information.
