There’s a new Merc with a Mouth in Fortnite! Now that Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine is out, players who previously unlocked Deadpool in Fortnite can take him back for their locker.
Both of Deadpool’s Fortnite skins are fashionable and unique, perfectly encapsulating the charismatic, fourth-wall-breaking red-costumed mercenary.
Players will be happy to learn that they can now include the obscene and violent Deadpool in their squads as new Marvel x Fortnite skins will be making an appearance in Battle Royale and other game modes.
Deadpool can now mix in with other Marvel heroes and characters from other crossover projects thanks to this feature.
How to Get Deadpool?
- Introduced In: Chapter 5, Season 3
- Release Date: July 27, 2024
- How to Get: Purchased in the Item Shop for 2,000 V-Bucks
Players can buy Deadpool from the Deadpool & Wolverine set for 2,000 V-Bucks. Although this set appears to include a large number of V-Bucks, it also comes with four extra items: the Deadpool back bling, the What?! No Way! emote, DP’s Katanas as a pickaxe, and the Wrap-Pool wrap for weapons. Fans of Deadpool should take advantage of this massive set, as it’s the first time he’s been accessible since 2020.
This new edition of Deadpool, which was released in association with Marvel Studios to commemorate the film debut of Deadpool & Wolverine, has a new variant whose attire matches that of the MCU film. The cel-shaded look is the main distinction between this costume and the previous one.
The skin is a Pen & Ink version, thus it’s perfect for those who wish to mix it with other cel-shaded skins.
Furthermore, players can purchase Wolverine (Pen & Ink) for a total of 3,600 V-Bucks if they so choose. Skins and other stuff are included in this package, for a total of 15 items.
How to Get Deadpool Chapter 2?
- Introduced In: Chapter 2, Season 2
- Release Date: April 3, 2020
- How to Get: Complete Deadpool Challenges in Chapter 2, Season 2’s Battle Pass
Through Deadpool’s Weekly Challenges, players who purchased the Chapter 2 Season 2 Battle Pass back in early 2020 were able to obtain the first collaborative skin in the Battle Pass.
Unfortunately, even if you previously acquired the Battle Pass but didn’t finish the tasks, there is currently no way to get this skin.
Regretfully, this variant of Deadpool is distinct—it lacks the cel-shaded aesthetic and includes other limited-edition accessories.
Deadpool was a Chapter 2 Season 2 Battle Pass exclusive, thus there’s very little chance that this specific version will make a comeback.
Three distinct looks are available for this Deadpool skin: the traditional default appearance, the X-Force variation, and the mask-off appearance for fans who would rather show off Deadpool’s deteriorating skin.
During a period of nine weeks, there were two weekly objectives known as the Deadpool Weekly Challenges.
Completing these tasks would unlock various Deadpool-related items, such as his clothing, variation looks, and his katanas worn as a back bling. These quests are all still accessible.
