10. Mitsuri Kanroji

Mitsuri is a Hashira who was a practitioner of her Breath of Love. It was a personal breath technique that was derived in Breath of Fire. 

Mitsuri was an extremely skilled swordsman who showed that she had no mercy in battle, despite her caring nature.

Mitsuri had an unusual constitution that allowed her skin to have eight times the thickness of the typical human’s

Due to her incredible physical strength, she was able to strike fast and effectively at her adversaries and was extremely flexible in her style of fighting.

After she was awakened and her Demon Slayer Mark awakened, her skills were strengthened enough to be able to resist the most effective methods.

9. Kanao Tsuyuri

Kanao has been identified as the Demon Slayer that was under Shinobu Kocho’s instruction. She has a level of physical ability that puts her in the position of a possible Hashira in members of the Demon Slayer Corps.

After earning the Demon Slayer Mark, he was able to defeat Gyokko, Upper Moon 5 effortlessly and even deal a fatal punch at Kokushibo, Upper Moon 1 prior to his death.

Despite his age, Muichiro was able to master his abilities and earned a prestigious title. Like Tanjiro the latter was able to enter his Transparent World as well as utilize the Crimson Red Nichirin Blade against Kokushibo.

6. Rengoku Kyojuro

Sanemi activated the Demon Slayer Mark during his battle with Kokushibo which increases his physical strength and endurance to an incredible degree.

Although he was unable to strike an impressive blow on Kokushibo with no assistance Sanemi put in good combat against Upper Moon 1. Similar to the other characters Sanemi briefly used the Crimson Red Nichirin Blade.

3. Gyomei Himejima

Gyomei Himejima is the Stone Hashira is the most powerful Hashira from the Demon Slayer corps. Tanjiro earned the title as the most powerful after reading Breath of Sun in the closing chapter in the Manga. 

Even Kokushibo says he hasn’t fought anyone with Gyomei’s strength over the past 300 years.

Gyomei had an unimaginable strength level that reached its peak via the total Concentration technique. 

However, he was not capable of awakening his Demon Slayer Mark and accessing the Transparent World, Gyomei put an intense, but brief battle with Kokushibo with no mark.

Despite his size, Gyomei is able to respond quickly and demonstrate amazing reflexes against opponents thanks to his improved hearing.

2. Tanjiro Kamado

Tanjiro Kamado plays the primary protagonist and is the most powerful demon-slaying slayer of his age. Tanjiro exhibits the most explosive transformation throughout the course of the series.

Yoriichi was considered an extraordinary genius who could take on multiple demons in a short time because of his speed and strength, which shook Kokushibo as well as Muzan.

Yoriichi was able to put Muzan near death and showed incredible endurance, capable of living to the age of 80, despite the effects of the Demon Slayer Mark.
