20. How Not To Summon A Demon Lord
A story called “How Not to Summon a Demon Lord” was written by Yukiya Murasaki and drawn by Takahiro Tsurusaki.
The story is about a big gamer named Takuma Sakamoto who is taken to his favorite game, Cross Reverie.
It turned out that two girls, a pantherian named Rem Galleu and an elf named Shera L. Greenwood, were the ones who called him.
Even though they called him to them to be their servant, his power turns them into his slaves.
Takuma decides to find a way to break this spell and hide his social nervousness by acting like Demon Lord Diablo, his video game character.
19. Ixion Saga DT
The adventure comedy Anime Ixion Saga DT is based on an online game with the same name. This anime is also similar to Overlord.
Kon Hokaze is the main character of the story. He is playing in the real world when he finds himself in the virtual world. This is the path he takes in the game to get back home.

A man in his late 20s named Ichiro Suzuki is working as an MMORPG coder when he is taken to a new world that has parts of the games he has made.
Now that he’s a 15-year-old, he sets out to figure out this puzzle, which is what most of Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody is about.
Fans of Overlord should find this anime very easy to get into, since the general plot is almost exactly the same.

There are a lot of differences between Overlord and One Punch Man, but the main characters in both have the power to become gods.
Ainz and Saitama haven’t been able to find anyone who can fight them for a long time.

Most anime characters want more power, but Saitama is already so strong that he only wants to fight someone who can match him.

He is trying to beat the Monster and Hestia, a lonely queen. The pair goes deep into the city called Dungeon to find out what’s going on there.

Bell Cranel needs to take action to get back in charge. Madman Entertainment got the rights to make three comics series based on the show.
14. Log Horizon
Mamare Touno wrote the fantasy and science fiction book Log Horizon, and Kazuhiro Hara and Mochichi Hashimoto drew the pictures.
After an update to the MMORPG Elder Tale, the awkward Shiroe is added to the game. After that, he decides to work with other members to find out why they are in this position.
Log Horizon was turned into comics no less than four times, with the last three being based on different characters.
Even though the anime isn’t very deep, it’s still a good show to watch if you’re in the mood for something light.

The story takes place in Ginza, Tokyo, in the present day. Suddenly, a doorway to another world opens, letting monsters and forces from that world into the real world, where they wreck the city.
When Youji Itami, an officer in the Japanese Self-Defense Force, is sent to find out what’s going on, he finds out that magic and dragons are real.
He then uses what he knows about magic and dragons to get through the gate in the title. If people like this show, there might be a second season based on the book that comes after this one.
12. The Sacred Blacksmith
In the anime, Cecily is a knight who wants to protect the weak. But her lack of skill makes things hard for her.
But a kind blacksmith called Luke uses magic to make blades for her. So Cecily uses her holy steel, which is the weapon.
Cecily has a new enemy: a hooded demon who sends demons into the land she swore to guard. Her enemy is hiding in the dark, but is closer than she thinks.
There are 12 episodes of the anime show. From October 3 to December 19, 2009, the show was on TV.
11. Grimgar: Ashes and Illusions
The name “Grimgar: Ashes and Illusions” makes you think of a magic and ash-themed anime with a lot of drama. The TV show is based on AO Jumonji’s light book.
In the story, Haruhiro is with a group of people who end up in a magical world without any memory of how they got there.
This anime shows how these people get to the real world and how they manage to stay alive.
So far, there has been one season with 13 shows, and the second season is already in the works.
10. Youjo Senki
The story of Tanya the Evil, also called Youjo Senki, is also based on the Japanese light novel written by Carlo Zen about OP characters and called Tanya no Youjo Senki.

Our Hero finally gets to the Dark Lady’s castle after a long and dangerous trip, only to be asked for help.
The Hero tells how the demons’ war has killed thousands of people and made the lives of many more miserable.
The queen of demons, on the other hand, says that this war has brought people together and improved society as a whole by increasing population, production, the economy, and general well-being.
She also tells the Hero that stopping this war will lead to a civil war that will kill more people than any other war ever has.
The Hero is pretty sure that the only way to bring peace is to work together with the Dark Lady, so he agrees to help her.
7. Quan Zhi Gao Shou
Ye Xiu is known as a textbook and a top-tier pro player in the online team game Glory.
But for many different reasons, he is kicked off the team.
After he quit the pro scene, he got a job as a boss at an Internet cafe.
When the tenth server for Glory goes live, he jumps back into the game.
With ten years of experience, images of the past, and an unfinished weapon he made himself, he starts his journey back to the summit.
6. The Devil Is A Part-Timer
One day, Satan will come to Earth, but he won’t be able to go back. He tries very hard to get away, but it looks like he’s stuck in Japan.
When he had to work part-time at a fast-food place, the show became funny.
The Devil Is a Part-Timer! is turned into a 13-episode anime TV show directed by Naoto Hosoda. Manga and light books.
5. The Rising Of The Shield Hero
A dark fantasy story, The Rising of The Shield Hero, was written by Aneko Yusagi and drawn by Minami Seira.
The series was first posted on the website Shousetsuka ni Narou (which means “Let’s Become a Novelist”) before it was picked up by Media Factory and given a more detailed plot and characters.
The anime is about a college student named Naofumi Iwatani. He and three other guys from different worlds were called to another world to fight a threat called Waves.
The Rising of the Shield Hero’s third season will come out in October 2023.
4. Death Parade
In the world of Death Parade, everyone who dies is sent to the strange Quindecim bar, where they have to fight after they die.
These characters have to fight with their souls in order to get a good ending instead of a bad one. Decim, who is in charge of the game, is in charge of how these fights go.
Even though anime had a criminally low number of episodes, this means that people can watch the whole series in one sitting and get the whole story.
Death Parade was based on a short film called Death Billiards, which was made by the company Madhouse.
3. Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken
The fantasy story That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is written by Fuse and drawn by Mitz Vah.
It starts when a man kills 37-year-old Satoru Mikami for protecting his subordinate at work.
When Satoru wakes up later, he finds that he has been changed into a blue slime from another world.
He gets around in his new surroundings by using a new skill called “predator,” and along the way, he has a lot of exciting adventures.
There are many interesting fantasy elements in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, like Oni and Goblins. The third season of the anime will start sometime in 2024.
2. Sword Art Online
The science fantasy series Sword Art Online is written by Reki Kawahara and drawn by abec. It’s about Kazuto Kirigaya, who is better known as Kirito in the game.
Like in other similar shows, Kazuto gets stuck in Sword Art Online, a virtual reality MMORPG, and can’t get out.
As the story goes on, it takes place in different virtual reality worlds, such as ALfheim Online and Gun Gale Online.
Sword Art Online became a big hit very quickly, leading to a large franchise with multiple movies and a future live-action TV show.
1. No Game No Life
Yuu Kamiya wrote and drew the books in the No Game No Life series.
The story is about the stepsiblings Sora, who is eighteen and good at making plans, and Shiro, who is eleven and good at math and logic.
After a god from another reality challenges them to a game of chess, which they win, they accept his offer to live in Disboard, a world that is all about games.
