Akatsuki no Yona is a fantasy anime that was adapted from the manga of the same name which came in 2009 I know that it seems quite old but let me tell you one thing after Studio Pierrot announced their plans to adapt it into an anime television series.

Yona of the Dawn first season was premiered from 2014 to 2015 with a total of 24 episodes and later in 2015, they released three special episodes from 2016. But despite the fact, there is no news about the future of the show.
In 2016 Mizuho Kusanagi who is the creator of the series got badly affected by Kumamoto earthquakes and when she announced it on twitter fans received a major heartbreak by this news.
This earthquake affects the Kyushu region in Japan, killing at least 50 people and injuring 3,000 and more in April 2016.
That tragedy creates a major setback in her work and she managed to return to work with great health.
After all that I know, the feeling of waiting and dilemma were people expecting the second season of Yona to come out as soon as possible and many of them are asking another online platform to share something about the animation update and as far as we predict the anime may come out this year of 2021.

Yona of the Dawn Season 2 Plot
The story of a fictional land where Yona the sole princess of the Kingdom of Kouka which was ruled by her father who is the Kind of the Kingdom and the story continues on the plot of betrayal after that revenge.
So here let me tell you the story gist without taking more time the story about Princess Yona she is lovely and living her life carefree because of her father who rules the beautiful Kingdom.

Yona
She is the main female lead of the story who is also the beautiful daughter of the king of Kouka and the sole Princess of the land and living her best and perfect life with her father.
However, after her father murder by her cousin Su-won who betrays her father for the throne.
And after running away from all the luxury and hurt she left the palace with her most trusted bodyguard Hak and throughout the show, Yona falls in love with Hak but doesn’t express her feeling for him.
Hak Son
Hak is the male lead of the story who is also the childhood friend and the most trusted bodyguard of Yona and the former chief and general of the Wind Tribe.
Hak although know as the most aggressive fighter with his savage fighting style.
And in the show Hak also in love with Yona, but he also doesn’t express it Infront of her.
Su-Won
Su-Won who is also Yona’s first cousin and grew up with Hak and Yona and also promised Yona to guard her and always be by her side and become the best companion together with Hak.
Yona’s first love is Su-Won until the point when he killed Yona’s father the King of Kouka.
Always maintaining his personality more carefree but inside growing a cunning man and that results in him deceiving his king.
